These guys replaced a «pancake» AC unit for me. Turns out this is a very challenging type of install. Guy was the installer and spent 8+ hours on the job. They had to cut away a fair amount of drywall to get the unit installed. So then they sent out a drywall guy to repair the drywall, and then a painter to texture and repaint. Color match was perfect and everything looked and ran great.
But then about a month later, water started dripping from the ceiling where the AC unit sits. Called them back out and said I needed to do a drain line flush. Matt, the tech, purged the line but water was still not draining properly. So he determined the drain line was not angled properly and they needed to come back again to fix it. So the original installer, Guy, comes the next day and installs an inline pump. Now everything works.
While they may not be the cheapest in town, the price was very fair and the main thing is they stood behind their work. They did not charge me anything for all the additional visits and did what it took to get the new AC unit running properly. Guy and Matt were both very courteous and professional. They did not rush and took pride in their work.
Although I hope i don’t ever have to, I would absolutely use them again should the need arise. Highly recommend!

Have a maintenance contract with these folks and their prices for parts are absolutely ridiculous. Was charged 216 for a transformer, it’s a $ 20 part. I get overhead, labor, gas, truck maintenance, marketing etc. but an 1100 percent up charge??? On top of the control board that had a 400% up charge. That was all with my «discount». Find an ethical company to business with. On a positive note the technicians were helpful despite the gouging the management has in place

Jacob was the tech, and thankfully he came right at the very beginning of the time frame that was given to me. I didn’t have to wait around for someone to show up. That was a relief. He was very friendly, seemed very trustworthy and polite, and was great with my dog (I have had other service people ask me to put my dog in a spare room).
I had a worst case scenario for my AC situation. Jacob was patient, explained all of my options, was not pushy in having me replace the whole unit, and was very open to accommodate whichever option I wanted to chose.
I have work scheduled to be done tomorrow, and am looking forward to have everything taken care of by Jacob. I appreciate the timely communication and patience by the Precision call team and Jacob.

Overall, I was very impressed with the time and explanation that Jacob provided me today. He was on time and took time to sit and explain things like I wanted. I saw Jacob at a neighbors property a while back, got his card and then later that day saw Precision Air on a FB news feed. I then looked into them more and they have tons of good reviews and digging in further offered a lot of services at a great price. I was very happy that he was able to look at a previous inspection of my unit for a second look from another company and then look himself to validate the previous ones by another company. Awful customer service. I called to schedule a tune up and was told by Erika that they had no time. She said they have a service call appointment available between 5 – 9 for a $ 59.95 trip fee. I told her I would need to speak to my husband. I called back and talked to Anna to schedule the appointment for tonight who told me there wasn’t anything available. I told her I just spoke to Erica who said there was. She came back and said she could get us in but it would be closer to 9. I said that was fine. After she got all of my info she said she didn’t have anything available until tomorrow because our unit is working. I told her it was running loud and seemed to be not cooling as well and that I have a toddler and a dog in the home and I wanted to get it checked out before something happened. This company doesn’t care about the customers. Read and trust the reviews.

After posting my recent experience on Unilocal, I received a call from Tom King (Operations Manager). Mr. King was very concerned about my experience and assured me that the replacement of capacitor on my new Bryant unit should have been covered under the manufacturers warranty. Mr. King apologized for my experience, thanked me for my concerns and informed that Precision Air & Heating would be issuing me a refund for the charge of replacing the capacitor.
I am pleased to say that I received a full refund in the amount of $ 153, the amount I was originally charged.
I chose Precision Air & Heating to install and service my new AC system just for this reason!

Just had these guys install 2 new units as well as blow in insulation in the attic of our home. They did a fantastic job.
First, the AC units. The office called ahead for both jobs to advise me that the techs were on the way.
Guy, Eric, Mitch and Jeff were prompt and professional when they installed the system. They rolled out dropcloths to protect the floor and wore shoe covers while walking on any carpet. I had gotten several quotes and Precision was by far the least expensive. They got the job done in no time and everything works great!
Next, the insulation. Thom and Josh were also on time and professional. The whole job only took about an hour. They also used shoe protectors and did a great job. Thom also helped me coordinate the repair of the attic access that had to be modified for the AC installers to get one unit up there. The repair is getting done the same day.
I would recommend using Precision to anyone who needs to have any work done.

Arizona doesn’t get very cold during the day but the nights can be chilly. When the heat did not as well as it had in the past I gave precisionairandheating a call and Rick came to the rescue. He was extremely nice and professional. He even showed me the bad heating/​cooling coil that needed replacing. He even showed me how to use the new thermostat. Thanks for everything Rick. Sorry it took me a week to post this review. I really appreciated all your efforts.

Real professionals here… These guys came out after the rain storm and got every small leak fixed. I thought it was the roof, but it turned out to be air conditioning problems. Great price and really great work on phoenix air conditioning repair. Will use them again — keep up the good work.

4 techs and 6 service calls later, I am out $ 2,700 with ZERO results from Precision Air. Despite having courteous techs, they lack the technical expertise they advertise. After explaining to them that what they did was not working, a new technician would come by and «diagnose» a new problem requiring major work and of course $$$$. After the 6th visit they admitted they should have thoroughly checked the actual A/​C unit, which was then discovered to be the main issue. This new visit would require additional major work from a new technician to finally fix the problem. I had heard this before and could not trust them.
Please do yourself a favor and use another company to service your A/​C issues. Or AT LEAST get a second opinion before you trust their advice. I think there are plenty of A/​C companies that do initial visits for free. If you must use them, I suggest talking to one main technician because they like to bounce you around from manager to manager so no one takes ownership for their poor results.
