Amazing Lash Studio

Came here for a full set for a wedding and then a touch up about a week and a half prior to going on vacation. It was my first time for a full set and I absolutely love it. Gaby is awesome! Currently a member and would not change it. Already recommended a few of my friends.

The plan that you purchase gives them 1-​hour for a fill in with the glue they use and it takes 48 hrs to cure. The techs are high-​turn over and my last a final time coming here the tech glued my eyelashes together also in a hap-​hazard manor. They had to be separated for 30-​minutes by a manager post my appointment with the tech. They comp’ed my session. Later I cancelled my membership as many fake lashes fell out days 1 – 3. (Not a normal shedding at all) As the natural lashes grew out, they broke off due to my natural lashes being glued together. This was a horrible session. My first was with Lolita who seems to get the new folks and she does a great job. Be leery.

I got my first set done by Apen he made my little lashes look amazing. Very gentle handed with me and made me feel really relaxed. All the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. Everyone seemed like family there and was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. Very professional and warm when I first walked in. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. Very diverse group and everyone has been so nice. They really do make it affordable for you to try lash extensions for the first time and a great referral incentive. With all the compliments Im getting I will definitely be sending my friends and family so that they can save and I can also save on my next apointment as well. Very sattisfied here.

Let me just start by saying AMAZING ! First of all the staff it’s very helpful and friendly. As soon as you walk in you get a good vibe from the place. If it’s your first time the staff will explain detail by detail what it is the best style, explain very detailed how to take care of your lashes and how it takes for refill. Now I have been going to this place since it opened and I LOVE IT! If you try synthetic honestly you get volume plus length and its so NATURAL! Doesn’t matter what style you have. I’ve been around all estheticians and I got to say pretty amazing service.

My eyelash adventure has been absolutely wonderful! These ladies are always so helpful and accommodating. I have gotten two lash sets so far and have been wowed each time. Affordable and useful products. My lash tech was Stephanie and I really do have AMAZING lashes!!! What more can a girl ask for?

I have been so impressed with their customer service and follow through. I had some issues due to allergies and they have been wonderful about working through it, coming up with solutions and accommodating me. I am really glad I chose them, am very pleased with their pricing compared to several other places I checked with, and have been very impressed with them overall. I highly recommend them.

These girls are awesome! Getting my original set as well as refills are a lengthy appointment but well worth it. I became a member and have not regretted that decision! I also purchased the lash wand to comb out lashes and the amazing lash mascara. Both are a must!

First time here, got a full set with Lolita who was very sweet and did a good job. This was the first time I got Mink lash extensions (in the past it was just synthetic). While I like the light feeling of mink, you lose the drama and volume. However, she warned me about this.
Pros: Staff is kind and polite. They take the time to sit with you and explain all the «styles.» It’s very clean and modern inside. Appointment time was prompt; no waiting. My lash tech, Lolita, was very sweet, seemed very qualified. Took her time (over 2 hours). Blankets were provided. I was very restless at the end. It was easy to get an appointment. I like the printed post care directions. It makes it easy to take care of your lashes afterwards. They sell tons of products — mascara, spoolies, lash extenders, etc. so it’s a one-​stop-​shop.
Cons: You should leave a tip (I’ve previously gone to places where it’s just single Esthetician), so that can be a big factor. Especially since I will tip with each future refill as well; although not as much. FYI– I left $ 30 (the range suggested $ 20-​$ 40 I think). A MAJOR con-​be prepared for the «hard sell» to become a member. If you’ve ever been to a massage envy then you know what I mean. Although you can get the «special» price of $ 79 this one time, if you don’t sign up to be a member TODAY, then you will be charged a membership fee in the future, even if you choose to be a member later. I was fully prepared to join eventually; my only hesitation was I’ve never had mink and I’ve never used this type of glue. I wanted to wait a few weeks to see how I liked it and how it lasted. In my past experience with synthetic lash extensions, I loved them at first but then by week three once they started to grow out, fall out and become unruly they drove my bonkers. I would unconsciously find myself pulling at them in my sleep! Which is a big reason I switched to mink. Anyhow, I got pressured into joining and signing my life away for the next 12 mos. because the mink is an extra $ 30 for members vs. $ 50 for non-​members. BUT even after all that, when I got my credit card slip it wasn’t itemized so thankfully I had the girl review it– she still charged me the $ 50 add on price vs $ 30! So ladies, be careful and check your totals. Especially since they don’t give you an itemized bill and chances are, if you are like me, you will be buying things like mascara and lash extender as well as as leaving a tip on your credit card, so it’s tricky to tell what’s been charged.
Last con– the glue they use here takes 48 hrs to cure. In the past, the place I went to took 24 hours. Not sure why they use such a long acting glue??? Certainly makes things like exercising and showering more inconvenient.
Overall, I’m coming back. I think the price is pretty good (the $ 50 monthly membership fee covers one refill plus $ 15 extra for mink, plus a tip), and it’s really close to my house. I may try the same tech or switch depending on how my lashes stay on this time.

Great staff, terrible corporate practices.
This was my first time getting lash extensions, and it was just today, but as far as I can tell, Diamond did a great job. My real lashes are pitiful, but Diamond transformed them in 90 minutes. It felt like half that long.
When she got to my second eye, she realized that the lashes are thinner on that side and so it’s less full, but I still look far better than before. I think they know what they’re doing — they recommended that I get «short» extensions, but I insisted on «medium» and now they rub on my glasses! I was taken on time, the place was spotless, and she made sure I was comfortable.
I’d give Diamond 5 stars, but the company gets considerably less. I object strongly to the liability waiver — if you are blinded because someone did something wrong, too bad? And what a sales pitch! There are 10 overpriced products offered, including an $ 18 eyelash brush. Like I can’t wash the one from my last mascara? And why would I commit to pay $ 50/​month, whether I come in or not, for a $ 20 discount? I’m old enough to understand math.
Another reviewer complained about the music. I would have preferred it a little quieter, so that I could have slept, but I liked the variety that was played. Because we all like different music, maybe it would be better if it were less noticeable.
Having to give my credit card info to get an appointment, the absurd liability waiver, and the pressure to buy more can poison my opinion of a business. Maybe that’s why I was the only customer in the place. The staff were all friendly and professional so I hope they land well if it closes.

My overall experience was luxurious! Everyone is very professional and extremely sweet! This was my first time getting lash extensions and I’m obsessed. Erin was great! She made me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will be coming back very soon.

If you feel like waking up like Beyonce’, you have NO other choice but to visit here! This was my first time receiving lash extensions and I absolutely LOVE them! Diamond was very kind and offered tips for myself as a lash virgin lol. I chose the glamorous style, but was honestly afraid they might look fake. They look so real!
I’m not sure why the other reviewer had so many issues? I’ve experienced no pain or any of the extensions falling off. I had fallen asleep while Diamond was working on my lashes. (sorry for the snoring lol!)
Long story short, I can’t wait to go back!

This is the first time that I have gotten lash extensions and I am IN LOVE the techs are professional and the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and knowledgeable on the products. Overall my experience with the Amazing Lash Studio is outstanding! If you want to wake up feeling like you don’t even need makeup I highly recommend getting your lashes done as well! Plus their prices are the best I’ve seen so far! Definitely worth the money!

Amazing lash studio is very professional and beautiful atomosphere for lash extensions! My stylist Diamond was very fast and concerned with me having a comfortable experience! My lashes are amazing!

This place is the worst by far, don’t waste your money! ! Very inexperienced tecs. All mine are falling out already the second day and my eye is red and sore. Had to wait for ever even had an appointment.
Very rude people that works there! !! Beware! !!!
