History

Established in 1989.

The Home Inspection CENTER was first established in the Poconos of Pennsylvania as Reality Inspection Services there we grew from just Mark in his office to him and 15 other employees doing much more than just home inspections. Mark sold that business (which is still in operation) and moved to the Charlotte North Carolina area and started Building Sciences 16:3 which is now The Home Inspection CENTER partnering with his son to provide you with the best inspection anyone can offer.

Business Owner

Mark Berardelli has 26 years of experience in evaluating structural, mechanical and environmental concerns on properties and buildings, with a background in building construction and indoor air quality He has extensive experience in structural integrity assessment and has worked closely with clients assessing building materials, structural integrity and property performance. Mark’s experience in assessment of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings is exhaustive: inspecting multi-​story condominiums, townhouses, single-​family, multi-​family, warehouses, apartment buildings, office buildings, high rises, and other structures.
