I have never had a worse experience with a management service.
1. I have woken up to find the head of the management service standing over my bed. When confronted about this, he said that he did it because he didn’t k ow if someone was still living there. He didn’t leave a written notice that he would come in 48 hours in advance (or at all) as is the law. I have also had many instances where things have been rearranged in my apartment and repairs were made without my asking for them. This is clearly a habit of his.
2. Every single month I get a (horribly misspelled) note stating that I have not paid my rent this month. This is frustrating because they always cash the check a few days prior.
3.The smell. Oh, the smell. It has come to a point where I can no longer cook in my kitchen because the smell in the apartment makes me so sick.
4. The abundance of cockroaches. I have made several reports of the cockroach infestation to the landlord and nothing has been done. There are even cockroaches in the lobby/​mail room.
5. I pay $ 700 a month for a studio apartment with damages to the very not fancy kitchen. Just let that sink in.
Overall, using this management service is in no one’s best interest but the rude and aggravating landlord’s own. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
