These people are nasty and beligerent. They told me to call the police if I didn’t like their practices. I suggest supporting a business other than these people who called me names because I didn’t like their arrogant practices. What they do is a direct violation of Chicago City Ordinances. And they don’t care. Go elsewhere.

Looking for a good inexpensive cut, I got one with Juanito. His english was fine and gave a great haircut. I love a barber who knows how to use the razor for the extra detail. If you can get over the majority of the place being in Spanish than I recommend this place.

I wandered into this place one evening when I found out the Supercuts nearby had closed. I’ve been going back ever since and taking my son. for $ 7 you get a great haircut(for men, anyway) — and unlike most cheap haircuts, you get actual scissors and an actual straight razor. Their hours are really good during the week — I think open until 8, which is good, because they get crowded on Saturdays. They’re super nice people, too. The only drawbacks I can think of is that the male proprietor’s English isn’t as good as his wife’s — but I’ve never had a problem. Oh, and the posters of razor cut styles are kind of fun — and there’s no magazines intended for English speaking males, so if you have a wait, make sure you have something to read.
