Carol’s Event Staffing, Inc. provides professional wait staff, certified bartenders, kitchen assistance, coat checks, and rental ware to private events. CES supplies service to all types of events ranging from a formal dinner party or casual shower brunch at a private home, to a wedding reception requiring many wait staff. We also supply rental ware. We advise on many details from start time to numbers of staff to quantity of glassware; but we also are well informed in all aspects of the industry. Fabulous experience! The company was a breeze to work with and the servers were the best! We had two servers for an open house event at our home and they were amazing! Nathalie and Holly did an excellent job and took a lot of initiative to keep the party running smoothly. They seemed to know just what to do with little direction from me. We couldn’t have done it without them!

I am a small caterer who occasionally needs extra staff for larger events. We have used Carol’s four times and have been very happy with their service from the front office to the event personnel, themselves. Nathalie, our bartender for the last event, was especially helpful and maintained a great smile through the whole evening. Would definitely recommend Carol’s for any type of event, whether in home or in a church hall.

I have nothing but great things to say about Carol’s! I had Brittny as a bartender for a birthday party I hosted and my expectations were beyond met. She arrived early, set up everything in a very organized presentable way and made delicious cocktails the entire evening. She even washed dishes when things died down a bit. My parties have never been so clean by the end. Most importantly she was so fun to be around and had great energy. I 100% would recommend Carol’s to anyone and feel lucky to have had Brittny at my party!

This review is long overdue, but my experience could not have been better. I hosted a rooftop birthday party this past summer with about 40 people, and Brittny, my bartender, was incredible. She showed up right on time and immediately began helping me set up food and drinks. She even volunteered to cut the cake and help clean up afterward. Everyone at my party remarked afterward about how friendly the bartender was, and I would definitely hire her — and work with Carol’s again.

It’s so easy to book with Carol’s Event Staffing! No muss no fuss… and the staff are consistently excellent. I used them for my NYE party (44 guests in my home!) and I barely knew the staff were there… they seamlessly served and picked up. And when they left? The apartment was spotless! I’lll be using them again.

The staff was great! They handled everything we needed and anticipated most things before we even asked. Natalie and Colin were both amazing at our housewarming open house! they were both unbelievably helpful. Natalie made sure to rotate the hot food in/​out in batches from the oven and even made little labels for each dish.
Colin was great behind the bar and also helped to clean and take/​give back guests jackets. They were both powerhouses in the clean up and left everything organized and spotless. it was such a delight not to have to worry about a thing except enjoying the guests!
Colin also brought along a pack of his own bartending tools, in case we didn’t have something he needed (which was a great help when i realized i didn’t have an ice scoop!)
I would highly recommend Carol’s to anyone needing party staffing.

We had Carol’s for our wedding, and we barely even noticed their presence to be perfectly honest. I mean that as the highest compliment they can receive.
They barely needed any direction on what to do, and they did it for the rest of the night without having to bother us. It’s extremely nice to have that for your wedding
when you’re running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off. The food was kept hot, the tables were kept clear, and the deserts were out when they needed to be.
I would highly recommend them for any event you’re hosting.

Carol’s was absolutely incredible to work with. We did a DIY wedding at Prairie Productions this September, and from beginning to end Carol’s was there to help us plan, and make sure they event went smoothly. I am so grateful to Samantha and the incredible staff that worked our wedding. Samantha is as patient as she is knowledgeable. The event staff were not only punctual and efficient, they seemed genuinely happy to be a part of our day. I recommend them highly!

I had a great experience with Carol’s event staffing. We hired a bartender for a party we had at our apartment rooftop. Amy showed up on time and happy to help out! We worked everything through Samantha ahead of time and even were able to rent glasses through the company as well. They were very attentive via email and pick up and drop off of the glasses was also a smooth process. Would recommend them to any friend and would certainly do this again!

This is a note I sent to the manager after our event:
Hi Samantha,
I just wanted to send you a quick note about the truly great experience we had with Brittny and Jan on Saturday night. We have never used staff before at a party and didn’t really know what to expect. Brittny and Jan showed up right on time and ready to work. The cheerfully served food and drinks to our guests and helped keep the house very tidy while doing do. They really allowed us to interact with our guests without having to worry about the mechanics of it all.
We are truly impressed and would (and will) hire them again in a second.
Also, I appreciate all the coordination of our event ahead of time that you did on your end.

We used Carol’s for our annual St. Patrick’s Day party at our house. From the very start, the communication was great throughout the entire process. The server they send was Joshua and from the moment he arrived he made our party so much easier to enjoy. Joshua was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us a lot of great ideas for set-​up, take down and storing leftover food. We had over 100 people, my wife and I had the chance to visit with each one of them. Whereas in the past, we where never able to enjoy this party as much.
I would highly recommend Carol’s Event Staffing for your next event. They were worth every penny, we will use again for the next event at our home.

We used Carol Events for our wedding one month ago. Even after changing our order multiple times, they were so patient every time we called. Carol Events is so resonably priced, and it was great to have a company that we could hire whatever number of people we needed for whatever need. In our case we had three bartenders for a our wedding reception of 300 people.
We served beer and soft drinks. Part way through the reception (apparently, my husband and I didn’t know until much later) that the fountain drink things stopped working at our venue. So the venue went out and bottle bottles upon bottles of soda. The bartenders were great and worked with what was there, even though it was far from ideal. Thank you so much for helping with our wedding so seamlessly.

So I’ve used Carol’s Event Staffing several times and been pleased every time.
This last time I called just two days in advance on their hotline and talked with Carol over a weekend who took my order and by Monday morning had found the amazing Josh and Takela to work my event on Tuesday evening (which was a SMASH!)
I had Josh help with food preparation (okay Takela too!) and they did an amazing job, made drinks and cleaned up (when I returned at 11pm my whole kitchen and dining room was cleaned up, almost brought tears to my eyes!).
They were beacons of light during a very, very busy couple of days for me — and all throughout affordable! Who could ask for more, I’m likely going to become a regular!

So very happy I used Carol’s. The server and bartender working our party were experienced, professional, prompt, and very nice. They anticipated our needs, asked good questions, made the guests feel special, and made the party so much more fun for me and my wife! (As an example, our server went above and beyond to check product labels for a guest with dietary restrictions — without me asking him to do this.) Money very well spent.
Christina in the office was very helpful in setting up the appointment, asking good questions about our event, and keeping me updated with reminder emails. I never had to follow up myself.
I have hired staff for previous parties, but none as good as with Carol’s. I will be a repeat customer!

From start to finish it was a great
We had Josh and Zach help bartend and serve at our small company Open House. Although the weather and traffic wasn’t ideal and they didn’t get here with the front time I had hoped, they were pros when they did get here. Everything was still ready for guests at 7pm.
Not only were they communicative in addressing shortages of beverages, they even went out and replenished the drinks. Both guys were great when it came to the guests and flawless in their execution of service and clean up after.
I have to say I was more than pleasantly pleased and very happy they were so professional and dependable. I would not only recommend Carol’s Event Staffing when someone asks, but I would definitely rebook for another event in the future.
