The ENS, Inc. team has a combined professional experience of over 100 years in the industry. President, Tom Rezetko, has climbed through the ranks at Rolm, Siemens, BlackBox and more to achieve his goal of leading his own operation. Vice-President, Ira Drower, is one of the most respected and notable technition & consultants in the industry. Ira has conducted professional seminars at the NECA Chicago Education Center and will work hard with you until your communication needs are met. From Fortune 500 companies to small local business, Ira’s technical expertise will lead you in the right direction. Furthermore, Matt Rezetko, Manager of Professional services, graduated in 2009 from Illinois State Univeristy with a Communications & Public Relations degree. Matt works closely with our customers and vendors as a liason to make sure they are completely satisfied with their level of service. Tom began his career as Senior Advisory Consultant at Comtrol Corporation, Lisle Illinois, providing RFP development and analysis, as well as product recommendations.
He then moved on to progressive responsibility assignments at ROLM, IBM and Siemens ICN, which included roles as: Software Designer, Installation Technician, Project Manager, and Regional Field Operations Manager and, National Operations Program Manager.
Tom was recruited by Black Box Network Services, Inc. to fill the position of Manager of Professional Development and shortly thereafter, was promoted to Director of Marketing.
Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from The College of Business at Southern, Illinois University and an Associates Degree in Audio Marketing from The College of Science, also at Southern Illinois University.
Throughout his career Tom has focused on delivering high levels of customer service. The result is a culture at ENS
