Absolute joke. The lady that was a «masted tax advisor» with «5 years of experiences»;
A– Could barely speak english
B– Could not spell (commercial is not spelled comersial)
C– Could not use a computer/H&R software
D– Could not find the information I posted into «My H&R” — When asking around the office someone responded with «There is a video we were supposed to watch, but I never watched it.»
I sat there for 45 minutes and nothing was accomplished. I walked out and went to a CPA, where I had a much better experience.

I called to book an appointment and was quoted $ 90 for a joint filing — after a long appointment with nothing out of the usual on my filling — I was given a total bill of over $ 250. My tax advisor just said the lady on the phone isn’t competent and they can’t give accurate quotes. Buyer beware — turbo tax was ½ the price last year and that’s definitely what I’ll be doing next year
