Recognized as an accomplished advisor in both the financial services and real estate industries, Randall graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Randall holds a Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses and is a registered fiduciary. He also holds a life, health, and disability insurance license in the state of California as well as a current California real estate broker’s license.

Mr. Stone was elected to the Chico City Council in 2012 where he currently serves the public.
