Dr. Zhang & Nurse Vanessa specialize in providing aesthetics treatments that help clients look more refreshed while still appearing natural. Treatments include Botox, MicroPen, chemical peels, vampire facials, Juvederm, Voluma, other fillers, as well as laser hair removal, photofacials (IPL), and skin resurfacing using the Alma Laser machine. Dr. Zhang opened TotalCare Wellness Center as an extension of TotalCare Walk-​in Clinic, which she founded in 2007. She is passionate about helping patients achieve holistic health.

In 2012, Dr. Zhang opened TotalCare Wellness Center as an extension of TotalCare Walk-​in Clinic, which she founded in 2007. Previously, Dr. Zhang served as Attending Physician at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, named by U.S. News as one of America’s best hospitals. Dr. Zhang has also served as Assistant Professor at the USC Keck School of Medicine and Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Zhang completed her residency at LAC+USC. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and has published numerous articles in medical journals.

I had severe cystic acne thanks to their facials treatments my face is now clear. This is the best place you can go for any skin issues. Vanessa is awesome really goes beyond to help you with your concerns. I get facials by Stephanie the medical esthetician she is also amazing.

Nurse Vanessa & her staff at Total Care & Wellness are outstanding!
From the minute you walk in to the office you are greeted by warm & smiling faces. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet & helpful. Coming in i was a little nervous & unsure what to expect but Nurse Vanessa gladly walked me through the procedures & thoroughly answered all of my questions, never once feeling pressured or uneasy. Her bedside manner is truly refreshing & I am so pleased with my visit & results! My sister came with me to my appointment & also fell in love with Nurse Vanessa she booked an appointment as well. :) The service here is Priceless! I’ve been trying to reach the office for WEEKS now to reschedule a June appointment. I’ve tried calling all hours of the day, trying to leave a voicemail (you can’t, mailbox is full), emailing, even sending a message via Unilocal.Nothing! So this is my last resort :(.
Ps – I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews, and I can’t wait to positively review this place after my first appointment!

Nurse Vanessa is an absolute angel. The staff at this office is outstanding! Everyone is warm and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and treats you like a dear friend. I’ve considered having my lips done and under eyes treated for a long time now, and I’m so glad I found Nurse Vanessa! I drove in from Las Vegas, and it was WELL worth the wait! Nurse Vanessa is a sweetheart! She addressed my concerns, gave me an honest assessment, and made me feel so comfortable. The entire process was virtually painless! I adore her philosophy and everything her practice stands for. I left looking natural and refreshed, not plastic and augmented. I’m BEYOND pleased with my results!

Amazing experience !! I got Botox for the first time and had a great experience !! I have been pondering Botox for a few years now and the minute I met Vanessa I knew I was in the right place! Nurse Vanessa and the staff at Total Care are AMAZING!
I’ve thought about having my gummy smile corrected for a long time but was afraid of looking like I had something major done to my face. I knew I would have it done only when I found someone who’s work I 100% loved. I waited years. I kept my eyes peeled and I stumbled onto Nurse Vanessa’s Instagram. All her pictures were perfect. I feel so lucky to have found her!

These reviews are the TRUTH about Vanessa. After deliberating between coming here or to another center I decided to come to TotalCare, and I am very glad that I did. When I first met with Vanessa I immediately felt at ease. This is an important and crucial step when choosing a practitioner. I like Vanessa’s philosophy where she makes you look like a «well rested version of yourself», which in a world of over-​done individuals is something I was looking for.
Thanks to genetics I had dark circles, that often made me look «tired». We decided to use Voluma under my eyes and Juvederm in my lips. I’m a bruiser, so my left side (both under eyes and lips were swollen and bruised for about a week). Most people don’t experience this, but of course I am the minor percentage that does. After the bruising subsided I LOVE my results.
Although, the wait to see Vanessa is long you will not be disappointed in her. Vanessa has a great eye for aesthetics and her ability to use fillers with such ease and gentleness is something many individuals do not possess. Vanessa is not only beautiful person on the outside, but on the inside as well. She genuinely cares for her patients. The front office staff Carmella (sp) and Kaycee are wonderful as well.
OVERALL: I am completely happy and satisfied with my results and I HIGHLY recommend Vanessa at TotalCare Wellness Center.

Nurse Vanessa is worth the wait! I just tried calling to get an appt with her since I’m due for a treatment and she’s booked until JUNE!!! Vanessa has a great bedside manner and her personality is warm and inviting. Makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything that she is doing step by step. The Front Office staff is great too! Hurry up June, I need my Nurse Vanessa fix!!!

Vanessa is AMAZING! First, when I met her I instantly felt like we were old friends. She is very sweet and has this way about her that makes you feel so comfortable. You instantly feel like you can trust her completely. I went in to to do the under eye treatment and some preventative care. The under eye treatment lasts 2 years!
I am so happy that I waited the 2 months to see her, she is worth the wait! I am so satisfied with every part of my visit with her. Her office is super cute and her staff is very helpful and sweet. Vanessa talks you through everything she is doing and makes sure you are doing ok. I am so impressed with Vanessa and her flawless work! If your thinking of doing any injectables, do yourself a favor ladies and book your appointment with Vanessa. She books up fast, but she is 100% worth the wait. You won’t regret it!

I recently saw nurse Vanessa for juviderm injections in my lips. She was AMAZING! She knows the world of aesthetics! She made me feel so comfortable! Love Nurse Vanessa!!! The facility is clean and quiet. There is great parking. If you’re coming from LA like me, go around 10am. You will get there in 30 minutes and maybe 40 minutes back. Vanessa was on time and so professional. She explained everything to me in grave detail. She made me comfortable even though I’m terrified of needles. She is extremely knowledgable and experienced. She is very honest about what results you are able to achieve and what looks best!
I can’t wait to come back for my vampire facial and a few extras! ;) If you’re looking for Kardashian quality skin and/​or lips, look no further. She’s the master of the believable pout. Thank you Nurse Vanessa! You’re a dream. xo

„Big sis, u have saved a unhappy person“… This is what my sister texted me this morning. She is so happy and beyond satisfied with your work! To me, she has always been a beautiful girl inside and out. Unfortunately, that’s not what always how she see herself, and she has been struggled this for years. Not until she saw what you did for me and found the courage to go thru it. Now she is elated and found the confidence she once was lacked.
To some, some may seem this as a vanity procedure, but to me what you, Crystal, Dr Zheng and the TotalWellnessCenter is the miracle worker.

I had a treatment done by Nurse Vanessa from @TheBeautySoiree a few months back before she went on maternity leave at TotalCare Wellness and she is AMAZING! She really took her time to discuss the procedure in full detail to make sure I was absolutely comfortable with everything. I love that I wasn’t rushed or persuaded into doing/​purchasing something I wasn’t 100% confident with. She was soo nice and her personality is contagious. TotalCare is unlike any other medical spa in the area… hands down.
I can’t wait to visit Nurse Vanessa and Dr. Zhang again!

This review is long overdue! I followed nurse Vanessa from her last office and can not express how grateful I am to have met her. She is so personable and makes you feel at ease. She is also great at making suggestions for treatments/​products and is all about giving you a natural look instead of looking overdone. She’s even open to telling you what she has done herself. I’m turning 25 and wanted to maintain my «youthfulness» throughout the past serval months I’ve received injectables for under my eyes and laugh lines, Botox, and a dermapen treatment. As for the office it is located in a medical building. It’s very clean and well kept. The receptionist/​medical assistant is nice and attentive too. You can tell that they all work as a team and they do whatever it takes to make the client relaxed and comfortable.

So, last time I saw nurse Vanessa, I was at her Newport Beach location. Her new location is actually much closer to me, which is awesome, because I have been following her for treatments for the past several years and now it’s a lot more convenient for me since it is in Chino and I am in Pomona.
I have had Botox, Juvederm, and Voluma done by her, but this most recent treatment was just Voluma for the dark circles under my eyes. Other visits, I have gotten lip injections and the non-​surgical rhinoplasty, which was awesome and now I’m obsessed. The nice thing about my obsession is that Vanessa never lets me get too much, she kind of puts me in check when I want to do so much, which is only one of the reasons why I trust her so much with my face!
Boyfriend still approves of everything I do because he actually can’t really tell what I get done, he just says I look great.
I have also had a consultation with Dr. Zhang while I was there to see Vanessa, because apparently, the law now states that there must be a physician consultation as well to do these types of treatments. It was assuring to know that they were doing everything according to the laws because there are a lot of shady medspas I’ve been to in the past.
If you are looking for a thorough consultation, excellent results, and practitioners that actually care about you and how you spend your money, then come here.

I never write Unilocal reviews but I felt the need to for this place!!! I found TotalCare Wellness on Instagram under «Thebeautysoiree» it’s ran by Nurse Vanessa. I’ve got my fillers for my lips last year and I was not happy with my results so I wanted to give it another shot. After seeing the before and after photos from Vanessa’s Instagram, I knew I had to get these lips done again!..
I decided to get the Juvederm syringe on my upper and lower lips because I wanted a pout. My lips were way bigger on the lower bottom lip and I needed to even it out. Vanessa did my lips perfect she told me all there is to know about the procedure and reassured me of it all! I saw instant results. My lips came out exactly how I wanted it to and she even used the remainder of the syringe to fill my laugh lines!!! I will definitely come back here.
