I dont even have time to write a full review on the terrible workings of this company. They are honestly more rude that you could imagine. Everything is good until you ask something of them. They take no ownership for their responsibilities as landlords. The owner Ana Coruvibias should be avoided at all costs. She is VERY ill mannered, bad tempered and RUDE. The reviews on here are all correct. I wish we had done our research on them before we rented a property.

Wow all i have to say is that ive been renting from BNP for many years and i think they are best property management company. If i have maintenance issues they are very quick to respond. I have recommended many of my friends and they are happy with them too!!! Their staff is excellent too and great customer service!!!

STAY AWAY! Been Network is extremely unprofessional. They are rude and dishonest and as all these other reviews say, they are crooks. We’ve undergone so much stress and frustration because of them. Make sure you put all agreements on paper or they’ll take back their word and take your money. They also don’t make any effort to be kind by faking a smile or with their choice of words (you’d be shocked at the things they’d say!) even before signing with them. Renting from them is absolutely NOT worth getting a good deal on a good location or home. I could go on and on but I think everyone else here says enough about them.

IMO they dont even deserve 1 star, the people in the office are clueless and the only person that can help never seems to be in the office, they are crooks and I highly encourage anyone who might rent from here to go ANYWHERE else.
