CLEAR VIEW of Eastlake window cleaning is a San Diego county residential & commercial window cleaning company that truly prides itself on being unlike its competition. We started offering our service to customers in 2006 which meant we had to move fast in order to let customers know about our services, pricing & maintenace program. We currently have nearly 1000 customers for which approximately 80% of our customer base is on a maintenance program, which means we keep customer windows cleaned all year.

I started the business in 2006 as I saw an opportunity to provide customers with a very much needed service in San Diego county. Very terrible experience working for Ricardo. I was an employee for a few months until he didn’t want to pay me anymore. I also got a friend a job, as was asked by Ricardo and he refuses to pay him as well. I felt irritated with his current employee who just got out of prison and was highly unprofessional with his work and attitude. I’ve been window cleaning for years and this is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional company yet.

Scheduled an appointment for window and solar panel cleaning. The day of the appointment the owner called to say his workers called in sick. He promised to send them out the following day. They didn’t show up and calls to the business have gone unanswered.
Outrageous that this company gets an A+ from the BBB. Guess no one has filed a complaint (I just did). I wish I had checked with Unilocal first as my complaint mirrors the others listed here. Avoid this business. They may do good work, but when they repeatedly fail to show up blaming it on sick employees, something is wrong.

Horrible service. Scheduled appt., the day they were to show cancelled due to illness. I understood. They rescheduled for the following week and never showed up or called. Since then I’ve received in the mail offers to clean my windows… NEVER again!

They were prompt and worked quickly. Windows looked great for the most part. Just a few streaks. Also they give a discount for repeat business. The owner is very friendly as well.

Went on here to complain about how horrible this guy is at not showing up and it looks like i’m not alone. 1st time didn’t show up or call or anything.
Called him again out of sheer stupidity because he specifically services Eastlake. Apologized for not showing up the 1st time and blamed his workers. Guess what, received a text from him hours before the appointment saying both his workers were sick. Seriously?
Move on from this guy. I’ve called two other places that service South Bay and I will let you know where you should go instead of this flake.

I have used Rick and his team for years. They do a great job on my windows. They are scheduled for a quarterly window washing outside only for our house. I am always pleased with their work. On the few times they have done the interior too, they clean the tracks as well. Everything sparkles. They are fast and efficient, hardworking and polite. The only reason they didn’t get a fifth star is that there have been times they didn’t come on the pre-​arranged day, but always showed up within the week. Since they are outside, it has not interfered with my schedule.

Disgraceful! Didn’t showed up to clean my windows and didn’t bother to call me. What a waste of my time as I arranged my busy day around this appointment.
Appointment was scheduled for 3:00. They called me at 12:00 to make sure I still wanted them to come since it looked like it might rain. I said YES I still want my windows cleaned today. He said they would be there. Never showed up. Unbelievable.
I should have listened to the other reviewers. I’m absolutely disgusted.

They never showed up!!! They called the evening prior to the appointment but never showed the next day. I called and left a couple messages asking them to let me know as a courtesy if they were going to show up or not and they never called me back so I ended up wasting half my morning waiting around. From the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who’s time they have disrespected. Use another company that values your business, there are lots out there!

This company has cancelled on me twice. I requested a discount for the inconvenience, it was declined. I told the owner I was going to another company and he responded by saying he just implemented a new policy saying he will offer a free window cleaning for cancellation. I do not recommend this company as they do not appear to be trustworthy.

I was extremely impressed with this company. Rick and his team were professional, courteous and thorough. They clean the outside and inside windows, in addition to the screens. Rick also informed me of areas where there was condensation trapped in my two year old windows, which should still be covered under warranty. This is going above and beyond a customer’s expectations. Plus, he gave me tips for keeping the pigeons out of the eves in our courtyard.
I also really like the way they do their pricing. They charge based on the square footgage, eliminating the guesswork on how many windows you will actually be charged for. Plus, their prices are extremely reasonable.
I will definitely be using this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone, whether residential or business.
