First off. If you have LED headlights. Stay away from this place. They like to take out only ONE of the bulbs and replace them. Refused to comment on the issue when called to be notified of the issue. Please do NOT GO HERE save yourself the trouble and invest in someplace else.

Do not waste your time with this establishment. Foolishly I’ve used them twice, both experiences score below average in every way.

I was recommended to go there to get my car quoted, I stop by and ask for the quote they made me wait and as soon as his of the phone he will be with you, I turn around and nothing 20 minutes later I left, I came back on Saturday, we will be right with you and another customer showed up and I was left behind again I really wanted the same dealer I bought the car from to repair it but with this service never again 2 strikes your out… DO NOT GO THERE…

I called last Saturday and said had a car accident, are you guys still open? The person in the phone said yes. I went there same guy told me you asked me do we open, not can you give estimate! Daaaa, Oh, I just want to meet with you that’s why I am calling.
Today, I called again. They told me can not see me until tomorrow late.
They are very busy I guess due to they own so many dealerships to fix their lemon cars or damaged cars.
I called California auto body shop. They said come in and now they are preparing my estimate.
Fuller guys pushed you to get to much info for insurance company, policy number etc. these guys are very easygoing and they are official body shop for ford dealers…

I had front end damage on my BMW 550i about 3 years ago. Nothing too serious but enough to lose my front plate, break off the bumper clips and set off my parking display malfunction chimes and lights. Anyway, my insurance company gave me a list of shops close by and decided to go with fuller because of convenience. They were close and there was also a rental car company that picks up there. They said the bumper will have to be completely replaced because the clips were broken off. No problem I’m paying a deductible and just get the darn thing fixed right. Forward a little bit 6 months my PDC alarms go off again. Ok maybe a coincidence so I just get BMW to fix and paid it out of pocket. Fast forward some more just this week, needed some repairs that would require the front bumper to be taken off. Lo and behold the shop finds broken clips on both corners of the bumper. I had no other accidents after taking it to Fuller. I found the bill from 3 years ago and sure enough a new bumper was billed and they put back my old bumper with the broken clips. Shame, shame, shame. To think I recommended some of my friends that needed auto paint to them.

Great things to say about Fuller Collision. Just picked up my car from there today (it had a deep scrape and dent on the rear door). These guys came in at ¹⁄₃ of the price cheaper than the other 2 quotes I got, and the job they did was wonderful. Very professional, paint is perfect, you can’t even tell there was any damage before. The car came back super clean like they’d washed it too. Would definitely recommend to friends!

This place is horrible. Turn in vehicle for repair under insurance and got back a vehicle with two tires changed with used one and pressure sensors got changed. They won’t do not anything because it said they did not replaced as per their records. They agreed that it got replaced but not by them. They accused us we did something to it which we never did or have capable of change two tires and sensor with new. What is purpose of that action? Pretty much they told us to suck it up. just big wow. By the way I am going to make a report in this.

I am writing this review in the hopes that I can stop someone from using this place. I wis that I would have looked up reviews. Which is strange, since I look up reviews for everything that I do! The one time I don’t… nothing but horrible services ensues.
First, I call because this is a place referred by my insurance. I figure it should be legit. It does have the name of an actual KIA dealership (I own a 2014 Kia Sorento that got creamed in a parking lot).
The person I dealt with, Heidi, was friendly enough. I come in to drop off my car and it all seems to flow nicely. Hertz is close by, I have excellent insurance (thanks mom for putting me on your plan all those years ago!) and I don’t think I need to worry about anything.
And I don’t worry about anything… Until I go pick up my car. Now this is my first big girl car. I bought this car. I treat it like the little princess it is. That includes keeping my tan/​beige seats spotless. No one is allowed to eat, drink, fart… anything on my seats. I go to pick up my car and my seats are dirty, NO LIE, they are filthy. Like a service person jumped on them and rolled around and put their grease and funk on them. My car actually stinks like smelly person. It legit still smelled like new car when I brought it in (thats how anal I am).
Im like NO. Im not taking this car. Heidi tells me, you’re right, it’s dirty. We’ll clean it. I say fine. Keep my rental, drive away. I follow up with a call and say: Hey Heidi, don’t just try and spot remove the stains from my seat because since they are dingy from the funk your people put on them, it’s going to create light and dark marks. Detail my seats OK? She says, Oh they are spotless now…
Uh huh. I go pick up my car. I think the seats are still dirty. She tells me that «it’s the shadows» (it’s getting late– so maybe?) Then there is a stain on a door (that didnt need to be fixed!). She tells me it was from bird poop (that got on my door while it was in their possession), so I tell her to clean the bird poop. Finally, I am sick of walking around my car and figure it cant be that bad (although there was other stuff like «tape» on the bumper and small stuff that I made them fix before I drive away).
Hells to the no. I get home and I start really inspecting my car. There is a scratch on the outside and inside panel of a door that didnt need to be fixed. There is a loose door handle on a door that didnt need to be fixed. There are SCRATCHES around my window that they tried to hide with my sun shade on the door that they «fixed». My seats have water stains around the area that they tried to «clean».
The fun doesnt end there folks. I call Heidi and ask her WTF. It’s a Friday when I pick it up, this is now Saturday and I tell her I’m bringing my car and need a rental until they fix it. She tells me there is no manager to approve it. I tell her that sounds like a personal problem and she has until I get there to work that out. Then she tells me that the real problem is that Hertz isnt open on Saturdays. I say that’s odd. I drive by Hertz on the way down there. It’s open. I tell her she’s in luck cause it’s open. She says the real problem (how many problems is that now?) is that they don’t pick up. I tell her it’s down the street from the place, I’ll walk. When I go to Hertz, out of curiosity I ask them if they pick up/​drop off– girl working says of course. Overall, Heidi, that was a nice person when we met and seemed to earnestly care about my car– now just looks like a liar. And I tell her so.
So now here I sit. Three days later. No call. No car. It’s whatever. The rental is being charged directly to them and I was given a nice SUV rental that is comparable to my car.
I am upset at this horrible, unprofessional, joke of a repair shop. I want my car back. I am so so so sad that she is in such horrible shape when all I do is baby her. I am going to report them to my insurance agency and hope that they stop having them as a referred company. And I really would hate to see what would happen if my car is not fixed. At this point, I would take it to another place and foot them the bill because they have had an opportunity to correct the issues and can’t.
Avoid this place if you care about your car or your time.

Went to pick up car the first time and it had masking tape all over it, hood wouldn’t close and it was missing trim pieces. After several botched paint jobs and two months, I took the car to another body shop. Terrible service. No phone calls letting me know that it wouldn’t be ready when promissed. If you care about your car take it somewhere else.

The experience wasn’t great. Brought my car here the first time they did a decent job reparing my trunk and rear bumper. The next time repairs were made it seemed like they rushed it. I had to bring the car back a few more times just to get the car in atleast decent enough condition where I said I’m content enough with the work, anymore problems I’d go somewhere else. The employees in the office were nice and professional and took care of me, even when an item was stolen from my car. They were kind enough to reimburse me after I brought in a receipt. Just the trouble of having to go back and forth for redoing my car and the item stolen was a pain. Just clear out all your personal belongings from your car and it should be all right. Car work on the other hand, they do decent work but when picking up your car make sure you really look at the job that was done and areas around it.

Had our vehicle repaired here. The final result looks really good. They also have a lifetime warranty on all the work. My only complaint is that their customer service needs improvement. We called to check on the car and both times promised a return call which never happened. Return your calls!!! Other than that, an overall good experience.

I brought my car in for body repair, and it was a terrible experience. Had to take the car back again several times because it’s not fully fixed at first. A single problem check takes forever, and be prepared to ask someone to drive you home. The shuttle service is not pleasant –they told me they can’t be sure when shuttle is coming– so all I can do is wait and wait. Super slow service, awful operation and high possibility for more-​than-​once repair and time wasting are what you would expect.

This place is a scam. Was told my car would take a week and here we are approaching 2 weeks. Every time I call it’s a different excuse. Would not recommend at all, save yourself a headache and stress and choose somewhere else

I’m not going to lie, service was great & they did an amazing job with fixing the front rear of my vehicle & customer service with the ditsy front desk receptionist & Rick were A ok. HOWEVER, whoever was working on my vehicle at the time had the nerve to get into the middle of my glove compartment & go through my personal belongings. They stole my Tommy Hilfiger cologne! How do I know this? When I picked up my car, I noticed that a few items that were supposed to be in the middle glove compartment (as how I left it when I dropped off my car) were just thrown in the backseat, the idiot that stole my cologne just left the empty Tommy Hilfiger cologne box in the back seat. Like seriously dude? You work in what I would assume to be a good paying job, you can’t fucking afford to buy your own damn cologne that you have to sink that low & steal someone else’s? I’m literally disgusted. This situation disgusts me inevitably. So I called the manager & asked for the corporate number, to my surprise I had to talk about the situation with him. He offered me this spray thing for my car that’ll make the paint last for two years or some bull. Really? You can offer me that which he mentioned was $ 300+ but can’t refund me $ 50+ for a stolen cologne? That’s some straight up bull. & supposedly they’ve never had a theft issue yeah fucking right — maybe no one had the balls to speak up if their belongings got stolen. I’m literally livid. I even had the decency to go home & look all over my room for that cologne to see if I had misplaced it, but no. They should consider doing criminal background checks before hiring anyone, their actions are totally unacceptable. You know what though, KARMA is a bitch so I hope whoever stole my cologne gets his. Like I said, I’m literally disgusted. Caso cerrado. OH & ALSO, A FEW OF MY CD’S WERE STOLEN AS WELL!!! :(They even fucking took my juicy fruit gum! like really dude?! you can’t spend 75 fucking cents to go buy your own?! I’m sorry but I just put this on blast on tumblr, Facebook, Twitter & all my other social media pages. this is just ludicrous! I’m sorry but you only deserve one star, for good customer service with those that helped me. I hope the thief burns in hell.

My boyfriend got his car fixed there, he just got it a couple days ago because he got in an accident, they fixed everything but when he got his car we noticed his high def lights were missing, they put in regular lights, when we asked about them they said «oh yeah, we have them we just can’t put them in» I know for a fact they were trying to keep them & maybe sell them or something because those were expensive lights. I made him go back and get them.

Stay away! just came from here today and they where a bit unprofessional and slow. Had to take my business somewhere else I was not applying for food stamps.

I was sent to fuller collision to have my car repaired after a vehicle incident. I have to say I am extremely happy with the outcome! I have to mention that Mike was awesome to work with, he made me feel a part of the process at all times, always keeping me in the loop and reassuring me that my «baby» would be as good as new (and it was). Now anytime something happens this will be my to go to place!

Second time working with Fuller and second time with worst customer service I have ever seen.
I needed an estimate to fix my car. All they keep telling me is we can use it, said this like 4 times in 30 second. Here’s an idea do your job. I just needed to see if I am getting rip off by the insurance adjuster. Don’t bother using this place.

Fuller /​Kia Collision center. I have been here about twice to get some customer work done from the dealer. I had my Kia racing emblems put on here.
The service here is pretty good, the receptionist always has a smile on her face and tries to take care of you the best she can.
I had to end up bringing me car back in due to the fact the emblems they purchased weathered after about 10 months. I called them up and they said come on in, we have a fix for that. I ended up coming in and they helped me out within a few minutes. They put on a latex sticker on the emblem which should hold for the next couple of years.
No problems here!

Friendly, and Fast customer service. They also get the job done in a timely manner.

I can’t believe there aren’t any Unilocal reviews for these guys yet. I’ve been taking my Element to get fixed here several times in the past two years. I had all good experiences and excellent service. It’s a little embarrassing when they know me right away because all the times I’ve been here, but they make me feel like a special customer each time.
Mike, Alicia, Brandon, and Henry are awesome! All the work is explained in detail and they never take too long to fix my car. On a few occasions, they’ve even stayed after closing hours just to take care of me. Just got my car out today and Henry and Brandon were so patient and understanding.
