Palm Ridge Grooming Gallery is a full-​service grooming center for cats, dogs and small pets. We offer a wide range of services including cat grooming, dog grooming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, flea baths and more. We work with all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs, and take pride in being able to handle any pet. We offer a full range of pet grooming services including cat grooming, dog grooming, nail clipping, flea baths and more.

Unlike many larger chain stores, all of our quoted prices are inclusive and we offer flexible hours to fit your busy schedule. We are constantly on the lookout for the latest industry technology and techniques in order to make sure your pet receives the best service available. I personally do not care for Palm Ridge Groomers. At a time I would have recommended them to anyone. After years of using them I’ve noticed a steady decline of customer service and product. It’s a groomer, so to be completely honest I thought what does customer service have to do with the job they do on my pets? However I’m pretty sure I can assume the level of respect given to me would be the same as with my puppy. Either way this review is not on service but on the terrible haircuts my dogs have received. We own 3 maltipoos that we get groom semi regularly. Of the last 4 visits, 1 visit provided satisfactory cuts. The other 3 visits were done hastily and unprofessional, one puppies haircut was so bad that I returned her to get the job done properly. I am not one to return anything, I would eat cold food at a restaurant rather than send it back to the kitchen. My point is due to over booking, understaffing, or even change of employees. Something has caused this once great groomer to decline as prices increase.

They are very patient and kind. I have a deaf male shihtzu and he does great with them. They take their time and finish when done properly not when the shop hours say. Highly recommended.

A few months back I took my Lala to the vet for grooming as I had done since we adopted her. we had the worst experience. My poor Lala came home infested in fleas, cuts on her legs, and her eye swollen shut. Our poor girl hid in the bathroom and rarely came out of her kennel during the day. It was weeks before she was back to her normal self, and took even longer for me to get her to bathe without issues.
Today we tried Palm Ridge Grooming, I cannot thank them enough! My Lala came out cute as can be, smelling great and was happy. She has hung out in the living room with the family like normal, this is the first time we have ever brought her home from grooming where she isn’t terrified.
Lala found her new groomers! Thank you ladies! Everyone was quite pleasant, I cannot remember her name but When I called today to see when I can get Lala groomed she told me to come on down, She was sweet to Lala and was informative and listened to my concerns from our previous grooming disaster.

I called 6 hours after dropping my dog off and they told me they would call me when he was ready. Since it was getting so late and they hadn’t called me, I went to pick him up and they told me they still needed 15 more minutes, which was really 30 — meaning they barely started when I showed up at 8:30 pm. When they finally gave me my dog (as they were closing up), he was completely shaved and covered with cuts, scrapes, and bruises.

I moved and I had to find a new groomer for my fur baby. I took my almost 8 months Morkie to Palm Ridge Grooming for the very first time on 8÷27÷15. My Presley dislikes kennels, and he suffers from separation anxiety. I was very honest with the lady who helped me at the front counter, and I shared with her how Presley can panic in a second. She said, not a problem –we deal and handle many dogs all day. I could tell from what she was telling me that she cared about her job, her dogs, and my Presley. I felt at ease and comfortable to leave my baby there. when I picked him up –WOW!!! He looked so handsome, and he smelled so good :-) They also put a bandana around his neck –he looked too cute :-) The lady who groomed him was so nice, and willing to answer any questions I had when I picked him up. I will continue to use their services for Presley. Thank you Ladies!!!

My dog means the world to me, and I’m really cautious who I take him to. The groomer I use to take him to closed down, so I decided on something closer by. He is a very nervous dog around strangers. I walked in and there is a bell that rings when people walk in and out. I didn’t get one greeting from any of the ladies who were there. One was working on a dog (reasonable excuse) and the other two were standing talking. I walked up to the counter and said hello. I didn’t get a hello in return, instead I received a rude, «can I help you?» I told her why I was there, so proceeded to write my information down. I told her my dog is a nervous one and is a little scared around strangers. She didn’t even acknowledge my concern nor did she look me in the face the entire time. I became uneasy because I was trusting this woman to take care of my dog who didn’t even seem to care about what I was saying. I left upset.
They called me 3.5 hours later, which is reasonable, and the afternoon staff was so much nicer! I was greeted right away by the young woman at the front and by the other groomers. I told them I was there to pick up my dog. For a bath, nails, ears, and anal glands it was $ 28 for a 70 pound dog, which is a great price! The groomer went to the back to get him and had a difficult time because he was afraid to come out of the cage. She was so patient and kind in trying to get him to come out but eventually I had to go back there and get him, which is normal in my case. He smells nice and clean and they even put a cute bandana around his neck. I would give the AM staff 1 star for customer service and concern, but the PM staff was really great! I’ll definitely come back and hope for the PM staff.

Not a pleasant visit the lady at the front desk was rude and not kind. definitely I didn’t leave my pet in that place because if they are rude to people I don’t want to imagine how would they treat the pets.

I took my poodle mix here for the first time, we used to take him to place in pb but it’s too far now. When I called to make an appointment they told me just come anytime that day so I came in right after I called. When I entered it seemed a little slow and the person checking me in was very nice. As I was leaving a lot more dogs came in so I assumed that meant they were good. And they are amazing, I told them to shave my dog down all one length and usually when he gets a cut like that he looks like a little rat but this time he looked amazing and smelled great. It did take 6 hours to groom him so I’m assuming they were busy but I didn’t mind it was like free day care for my dog. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

A family member told us about Palm Ridge groomer and we have been taking Luna and Chama, our two dogs to them for grooming ever since. Its all the way in south bay off the 805 in a strip mall and its a trip down there but its worth it every time and our dogs always come out looking so good. $ 40 a piece is such a deal and its not just about the price. These ladies are always so nice and i trust my animals with them. I’ve gone other places and i just get the vibe from the employees that they don’t like animals and i’m i leave wondering if they will be nice and comforting to my sometimes nervous pets. At Palmridge they remember chama and luna and always greet them warmly and i handle them with care and love. It’s always a transformation when i come back to pick them up. Smelling great with their little bows and handkerchief and looking like a completely different dog. They are very accommodating i usually call early and am able to brig them in immediately for an appointment.

This place is great with both service and price. My BFF always looked and smelled great after his once a month shower. Yes I would only take him once a month as he was an inside dog. Make sure to stay safe and pay for the flea treatment also.

All the ladies at Palm Ridge do a fabulous job on my baby. My dog D. Is a French poodle she goes in there looking like a mess and when I pick her it’s like she’s a whole different dog! Pretty pink bows on her hair looking like a Rock Star because I choose to give her a Mohawk ;) This is my 3rd time taking her here and I could tell that she loves it. We have gone to other places and even Petco but no other place compares to this one. Other places are expensive but Palm Ridge is pretty reasonable and affordable plus my dog gets a great service, bows, and a spritz of cologne that makes her smell clean and fresh. Customer service here is awesome too there friendly staff surely makes me feel safe about leaving her. Schedule ahead of time if you want your dog to be ready at a certain time because I always bring her in on a short notice and it takes the entire day for her to be ready (: This time her Mohawk is PINK! And she’s so cute Ruth did an amazing job

This place is the best I’ve been bringing my dog for 5 years ever since he was a puppy !! He has had the same groomer which makes him feel comfortable !!! He gets the works and I always pay $ 40 which is pretty good they do an excellent job !! And he’s always smelling so good !! And comes out with a scarf !! There really good about giving him an appointment right away !!!

Prices are reasonable and they cut my dog’s fur exactly how I wanted them to. My mixed poodle, Bubba, was matted up since he’s been neglected. (insert sad face) Sorry, but I had a baby and I’ve been busy!
I asked them to cut his hair short all around. No teddy bear face, no puffs and no poodle cut. I even asked to have his ears shaved down. And, this is precisely how he was cut.
Anyway, my mother helped me out and picked up Bubba for me. Apparently, they lost his collar. I explained to both the groomer and my mother that Bubba had a collar when he was dropped off. Fortunately, after all the confusion, they were nice enough to replace the collar with a new one from their shop with new name tag :)
I will probably be back when Bubba needs some TLC again.

wednesday appointment… twelve pm drop off… requesting a short cut… pre-​warned yorkies cut short might look choppy… still want a shorter cut… few hours and calling… not ready… told they will call when ready… near closing time and calling to check… not ready, but told they don’t close until finishing all dogs… five:thirty pm and no calls… another call to check and told finished. why didn’t they call…$forty-three for complete cut, wash and groom… handing $fifty and calling it even… good cut and groom… bit heavy on some perfume or scent… given another bath and dry at home…

I have only had good service from the staff at Palm Ridge groomers. I did take my Oliver one time and they did keep him a while but when I mentioned his separation issues (or mine rather) she mentioned I could let them know when I wanted to pick him up or even better do the puppy special where they wash him do his nails and glands if needed and give him back wet or towel dried.
I stumbled onto something great! I wait as they clean up my smelly buddy and he is now loving the grooming experience. He even made friends with the resident cat on premises today.
I have also purchased items from them they have so many outfits, leashes, treats etc. I bought one of those poop bag holders and always get my refills there so cheap! I also got Oliver a seat belt harness thingie that they helped me put together and made sure it fit before I bought it. Such good prices and super attitudes. I am a very happy monkey! Thanks again for the good service Palm Ridge!
