I ran in here mid day on Saturday… selection was great, the store was clean, well organized, good floor plan … stars were lost because upon walking in the gal greated me by abruptly saying «hey what do you need» my first thought was Humm maybe that slipped. … I’m sure what she was meaning was how may I help you? I smiled and said just looking. As I shopped around I couldn’t help but over here two of the gals talking very poorly of the customer that just left. I wasnt trying to ear hustle but they were literally in the center of the store. I then noticed 1 gal at the register she was very sweet when I checked out. The line was about 5 people deep and all I could think was… here’s a note from customer service 101! quit taking crap about the people whose money gives you a job and please go help clear that line! Please note I was not mistreated and the cashier was great but the rest of the staff left me feeling very unlikely to shop there again. Especially when there are 10 other stores with all the same stuff in a 1 block area.

I was shopping for premie clothes for a boy cabbage patch doll yesterday because the cabbage patch company themselves didn’t have a good selection of boys clothes for their dolls. I know it was a strange request and the girl at the front desk did show me where I may find a few outfits in Premie size and I proceeded to try a few outfits on the doll to make sure they fit.
First of all– the two girls were gabbing really loudly over working hours and who was getting awarded what shifts… blah blah blah. Several customers were perusing the store that they could have been checking in with.
When I went to check out the girl with the short black hair and lots of make up asked with an attitude «are cabbage patch doll even in?» The other girl who was taking my payment just ignored her co-​workers rude comment and I shot her a dirty look, but she obviously didn’t understand as she laughed and repeated her question.
I don’t care what this girl thinks about my 5 yo daughter’s choice in dolls to play with. The only things she asked for Christmas was doll clothes for her boy cabbage patch. And as a parent I shopped for her doll.
From this girls hair and make up choices I’m sure her daughter only has the most fashionable dolls and will grow up making the same comments.
The store was clean and well organized and they actually had and items I had been trying to find for weeks. But I’ll think twice before shopping here again to avoid this socially inept employee.
Customers that are shopping at a Carter’s store itself expect better customer service than this. 4 stars for the store, 1 for the service.

Love shopping here for deals, but don’t expect to get great customer service. Employees like chat about who knows what in front of customers. Makes a very awkward shopping experience

Went in to purchase a few outfits for my adorable niece. Found the clothes we wanted and went to check out. Our cashier was named «Even» and was very pushy to get the rewards program setup for us. We declined at least 4 times. At the end of this all, she was giving us an attitude as we were checking out. Raising her voice as we were using the credit card machine. Would avoid her next next year if we shop here but would probably not and rather drive further for some decent service without the need to sign up for a rewards program.

Very clean and attractively merchandised store. They have several racks of clothes… usually half off… near the front and a nice clearance section in the back. It was a little hard getting help from the clerk as she seemed to be the only one in there and it was busy. Other than that, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would come back again.

I came to this location for the first time recently because Carter’s was having a huge sale, and the store was well organized, clean, and well stocked. Salesperson (female) was friendly and reminded me to check out their clearance in the back.

Very friendly staff. They always welcome you when you enter and are very personable when ringing up items. Great selection of outfits and they always have items on sale. Lots of coupons also. Overall great place and super impressed. (I usually sell old clothes at once upon a child next door and then use the money here shhh ;))

We went in and out in 5 minutes to pick up a Christmas present. It was super organized. Boys on the left, girls on the right, everything by age and the items in the middle were on sale. They have good stuff. The colors you can’t just find anywhere. I recommend this place

Staff is very friendly.. & they always have good pricing & sales. A very good store to shop for birthdays & your kids. They have sales everyday all day:) one of my favorites stores for my daughter.

Clothes are awesome and prices are great. Staff was very helpful. Reduced stars because staff failed to explain *stamp credit promo* was over in two days. Got me all excited to spend $ 5 extra for an extra stamp which I couldn’t even use because the promo was basically over.

Very clean Carter’s. The staff is friendly and seems to always be cleaning. Average prices for baby cloths.
