I ordered a double bacon mozzarella, no onion or bacon and got exactly what I ordered (: I had to explain twice that didn’t want a combo, just the sandwich but otherwise I was extremely satisfied and was out in no time. I love this burger so much. I’m sad it’s seasonal. I don’t want them to ever stop making it.

This Wendys is fast, and the staff is polite. They make what you order HOW you order it. I wanted a spicy hamburger but there is only a spicy chicken sandwich. The guy took the time to add what I wanted to a double cheese burger to make a perfect burger. (Love the ghost sauce, tho its not very hot.). He didn’t need to do that, but he did, and he guaranteed we will be their customers. We have always found this location to make good food. Sadly, the frosty machine closes down about an hour early so it can be cleaned up.

Completely remodeled! Nicest Wendy’s I’ve seen. I can really appreciate the class they have integrated here. More food chain’s should follow their lead. It’s still a fast food spot but it is really nice inside. The girl that served me this morning was kind and gracious. Good experience!

I’ll give Wendy’s a 2 star because they are fast, but that’s it. The orders I’ve had have been wrong, wrong topping, etc. they are quick to get you out of there… Which isn’t exactly always a good thing.

Horrible service when I stopped here today. None of the orders were coming out right. They had a shortage of fries but no one working would put any more down to complete orders. I had a home style chicken sandwich but they gave me one off the .99 menu. After waiting over 20 minutes I didn’t even bother to tell them they screwed it up. I just ate the food quickly and left. Before doing so I used the men’s restrooms but it was so slippery and wet from someone cleaning that I needed ice skates to keep from falling. I definitely will not be back to this location.

They did not get the order right, twice. Horrible customer service. The employees even the manager say rude comment about what you ordered and laugh about it. A very messy wendy’s, tables are dirty and nasty. Make sure you check your order before you leave.

Save your time and skip this location. They are ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. I come here a lot and if they’re not out of spicy chicken sandwiches then they’re out of fries. FRIES! The guy let me place my whole order before even mentioning that they were out of fries. This is a burger and fries restaurant. Are you kidding me?

Does Wendy’s pay really suck? Are the customers rude? Whatever it is the customer service was terrible today. No «hello» or «have a great day». Nothing. I’m not sure if this is a nationwide issue but Wendy’s workers are always rude. If the frosties weren’t amazing I wouldn’t return.

I just bought a $ 4.29 ¼ pound burger and it was so tiny and didn’t look anything like the picture on the menu. I have added some pictures of the micro burger. Very disappointed. The staff was friendly but I come for the food. For like a dollar more you could get easily double the food at Nations and it tastes much better and fresher. Maybe fresher isn’t word I’m looking for. Maybe less processed tasting.

Chili, small or the double.
Always good, always the best for me (gluten/​sugar intolerance)…

It’s a Saturday and this place had a long slow line because there was only one cashier. When we ordered our food they were out if chilli and it was noon! Then they didn’t have blue cheese dressing for my salad so we left.

Terrible food, lousy service, overpriced, saw a female employee handle some dirty trays, then take order and make food never washed her hands.
This is a great place if youre homeless, theres always at least 2 or 3 of their bicycles with garbage bag recycle cans by the door, and they literally make the dine-​in area their living room. Nothing like bum feces, body odor and urine caked pants to stir up the appetite! Every time ive come by here there’s homeless in dining area, tables are dirty and employees dont care.

This Wendy’s location is awful! The workers are extremely rude and the food is always cold like it was cooked several hours earlier. I would avoid this location if you want your burger to actually be hot!

I realized today why I haven’t been to Wendy’s for a long time. I ordered a strawberry fields half salad, very tasty, worth the almost 5 dollar price tag for the size? Absolutely not! Baked potato, 2 double stackers (are you kidding me? 5 something for 2 small burgers, are these kids burgers?) and large strawberry lemonade OMG it was horrible, tasted like the frozen crap you get at the grocery store and the 3+ price tag was way too much. Last but not least a medium frosty. Overall I spent 17 something for a huge disappointment. The drive thru was ok except the first lady either wasn’t confident with her English skills or just understand me. I speak English very clear. Anyway another woman came on the intercom got my order and I was on my way in no time. Customer service was fine. Price was not and I doubt I will be returning anytime soon.
