What a great store and staff! They have gone out of there way every time I have been there to help me out. And i’m sure there have been a couple of times they didn’t get credit for helping me with an item being shipped from another store. In fact, I will be stopping there today just to see what new Converse are on the shelf! Thanks for a great job team!

This is my first review of any store ever but I felt compelled to finally write a review. I have been coming here to get my shoes for over twelve years and have spent more than I care to even try to calculate. I never had an issue with any of the staff or with any of my purchases. Today I went in to get some shoes I ordered and I was greeted by Ray who was super friendly and was easy to talk to. I had an issue where the last pair I got were to small and they split at a seam. Ray totally made it right and was super customer oriented. I will continue to drive the 20 miles past a local Journeys to got to the Sunrise store. Thank you again Ray

The cool guy that works there with a lot of tattoos is very friendly and has great customer service skills. He was very knowledgable about the shoes and products in the store and was happy to help for as long as I needed him. Would definitely shop here again.

Journeys has a Good section of DC, vans, and chucks ans the employees r very nice. good selection of laces too.

Your pick of doc martens, chucks, the latest vans. Clothing and accessories like belts hats, and such, too. Not much staff working at a sinle time so if they look busy, you might want to circle around the mall. good options for ordering fanciness like catwoman converse or hello kitty vans. Ship to you for free if you spend enough $. Good selection for shoes that aren’t so athletic.
