Cherry Bryant, owner and founder, had been a full-​time nanny for approximately six years when she decided to open an agency that would focus on individual attention for both the clients and candidates. Having a child of her own solidified her decision, as it was becoming more of a challenge to find suitable childcare. She wanted to provide access to elite nannies, who truly loved children and could assess a family’s needs.

With the help of a former agency owner, they designed a company that would strive to meet the demands of the families in the local communities by scheduling free in-​home consultations. They believed that by educating the family about the nanny selection process and the requirements involved, they could help families make a better informed decision. This also helped The Nanny Connection to assess the family’s needs and circumstances, therefore enabling them to incorporate that with the family’s desires to find the perfect connection.
