All About You Limos LLC

I used this company for my parents’ 50^th wedding anniversary celebration. I booked the service by talking to Gary, the owner. I felt the rate was very fair, and enlisting the services of a small, independent, family-​owned business was one of the factors I considered in choosing this company. Communication and responsiveness were excellent, and I fully expected a great experience for my parents.
What we got was very disappointing. The driver was to arrive for passenger pick up at 3pm. He did not call me to tell me he was going to be «a little late» until 3:03. He stated he was «stuck in traffic». This was pretty hard to believe as this was all happening in rural southern Illinois. He did not state how late he was running until I had to call him back to find out. Turns out he didn’t arrive at the passenger pick up until after 4pm. I found it to be very unprofessional to call after the pick up time, when he would have known well in advance he was going to be late.
From there the experience was about the same. The driver did not know the expectations for the route and had to ask my sister for directions to the destination. His lateness prevented the additional stops we wanted to make during the afternoon, to take pictures at my parents’ childhood homes. Daylight was gone shortly after his ultimate arrival and we were on a schedule. Highly disappointing. The driver did not tell my parents how to operate the heat in the passenger area, nor did he give them directions on how to communicate to him during the ride. The driver also did not seem to know that his day was done after reaching what was supposed to be his final destination, as he called me to ask when he was supposed to pick up his passengers for the return trip. This was a one way route. I believe he may have been confused as he was not given a tip at the end of the trip. Him expecting a tip after such poor service was perplexing.
I did speak to the owner Gary the next business day. He was extremely apologetic and again quite professional. Stating that this is not how they do business and that the driver admitted he «screwed up». He refunded some of my money. He offered no excuses, just apologies, which I felt was appropriate. He offered a «great deal» on any future service I may need and that he would drive the car himself if necessary.
Overall I felt like this was a case of poor communication from the point of booking to the point of service. I would recommend any customer be diligent in follow up with this business in order to ensure a quality experience. That said, I feel like I did just that but had a poor experience anyway.

Used them for our wedding limo service this past Saturday. Driver was early, super accommodating and professional. We drove all over St. Louis and he patiently waited for us at every photo stop. We were probably being a little rambunctious, considering our wedding party was 16 people but he was totally cool with letting us have fun as long as we were being safe. Thank you!

Got a limo from them for my wedding, they showed up early, very polite and made sure to keep my wife happy. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
