All event packages are custom designed for your needs. Pricing is variable on attendance, location, staffing, event time, etc. We will work with every budget to give you a quality event.

Kyle, Rachel C.

Business Owner

Elite Event Services was founded in 2011 by husband/​wife team Kyle & Rachel Clothier of Wood River, IL. Prior to branching out on their own, the Clothier’s have spent their professional careers in the special events industry and know what it takes to deliver a memorable event. Together the Clothier’s bring over 12 years of experience and knowledge to the table. Kyle has extensive experience in operational roles including event & equipment management, logistics, vendor relations, catering, and many other roles he has acted in. Rachel’s experience has been in sales, customer relations, human resources, marketing, event management and coordination.
