We had a huge wedding party staying at Int’l Palms Resort. Went to eat and drink and mingle with our guests here and I would NEVER go back. The staff is was never around and when they were they were rude. Service was slow and food below par! Smelled like a fraternity house, like an old keg of beer and swamp grass. The bar tenders were rude and so was the manager. Treat you like you are cattle. Want to get you in and out as fast as they can even though they took forever to bring the next round. AVOIDTHEPLACELIKE A PLAGUE! There are other better choices off site.

Don’t. Just don’t. Never had a good experience here. Stayed at hotel a few times. And like a glutton for punishment, continually have tried Mambo’s. No service. None. If you want to sit for hours, smell the stench of the bar, listen to the numb brained waitresses promise they’ll be «right with you» while never returning, then maybe this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. A crap place, employed by crappier staff.

Food is good and priced well. We were there tonight(Wednesday). We took the kids to the beach for a couple days. I had the cuban sandwich, wife had the cheeseburger, and the kids had chicken fingers. The portions are good and the prices are reasonable. Entire meal for four, with a smores kit, was under $ 70. Outdoor dining and the weather was perfect. We had to walk a bit to get a fire pit for the smores. The pits near Mambos were a little crowded. Our server was a little overworked but she did her best. A couple things were missed but nothing big. Unless they have more staff on weekends, I would recommend a weeknight visit. That’stthe resson for the 3, better service would warrant a 4.

A great place to be. The drinks are amazing. The wait and bar staff are awesome. They are very friendly and great at what they do. I definitely recommend Mambos to anyone looking for good food, music, and drinks. Alex and Savannah at the bar are second to none when it comes to making great drinks and service. And fruity drinks on the beach. You can’t beat this place anywhere in this area.

Grouper sandwich and Cuban sandwich, great! Sweet potato fries… awesome! Band was fun, but way loud. No way to have a conversation when they were on. Excellent location.

Wow I wish there was a zero this place was so bad. First of all the hostess couldn’t speak English! No joke! There was this really terrible singer on guitar that was incredibly loud and we wanted a quiet place to talk. And then the food. Where to start? My friend ordered the seafood chowder and got seafood pasta. And it was awful. I had the conch fritters which was a soggy goop burnt to a crisp. Yuk. Sent it back. All I could tolerate was the water. You could break a tooth on the garlic bread.

The scenery was great right outside. I ordered the wings which were great. Then the fish tacos and the fish and chips. The tacos were bland and dry the salsa that came with the tacos was spoiled. The fish and chips the fish fillet was very dry. Not worth the money your paying for the meals. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Positives: Nice covered outdoor seating & near the beach Negatives: Sub-par & surprisingly bland food, no real water view(despite prices that match being ON the water), and a terribly loud & discordant reggae«band»(one guy mixing songs and sing/talk/chanting over music with echo tones) that tanked an already poor experience.

I would give this restaurant 3 stars but the customer service was FANTASTIC! We arrived to the bar around 10:00PM they close at 11:00 instead of being greeted with eyes rolling, we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile from our server Brett. Monday-Thursday they have fantastic deals on 1 dish and 1 specialty drink. It is Thursday so I had the pulled pork sandwich($ 5). A little heavy on the BBQ sauce but for the price it was fantastic. I also had the ‘very berry’ specialty drink it was sweet and not much alcohol. The food wasn’t that impressive and the prices were pretty steep but you’re not paying for the quality of the food, you’re paying for ambiance. Every day at 6PM they have band play music. My suggestion is to go Monday-Thursday for the specials during the band times. A big shout out to our server Brett. He took his time and spoke to us about places around here to visit and his experience in Cocoa Beach. He wasn’t intrusive and was extremely great at timing for drinks and placing orders. Ask for him!!!

Fun, open air beach bar and restaurant with full bar and menu. Loved the live music and easy access to the beach and fire pit area although you can’t really see the ocean, but that didn’t take away from the experience really. Had the panko shrimp which came with fries and cole slaw. Shrimp were cooked well and the panko was crispy. Would be better if served with some sort of dipping sauce. Fries were hot and good. The cole slaw was served in the tiniest of paper cups and lacked flavor but I didn’t order the dish for the cole slaw. Conch chowder was okay… there was an herb or a spice in it that I couldn’t put my finger on, and wasn’t wild about so I didn’t finish it. Service was very good for being a busy Saturday night. Good live music … a guitar soloist and she had a great voice. Overall good experience, what I would expect from a beach bar.

Great casual bar and grill next to the beach. The drinks vet cheap, especially during happy hour. The good was surprisingly good and the service did not disappoint. Pros: Inexpensive Good drink specials Good food Live music Close to beach Cons: Parking might be hard if you’re not staying at the hotel There’s not really a view of the ocean

We stopped on a later Sunday afternoon to get a drink and some appetizers. We waited a solid thirty minutes and not a single person came to greet us or take our order. See yaaaa! Lousy service and we will never be back(and let other know not to waste their time) By the way, the bar area smells terrible.

We had a good time here. The food was good and, sitting at the bar, got good service. Easy parking. Oh and the battered fries are pretty good. If you like that sort of thing.

Great food, fun-friendly staff BUT… waited at «please wait to be seated» sign… waited and waited… finally one of the waitstaff seated the 2 of us. There was no host/hostess. Very disorganized… waitstaff doesn’t seem to know which tables are their responsibility. Several uncleared tables. Seems the if the waitstaff doesn’t do the cleanup, it doesn’t get done. Had a drink before lunch. Busy waitress finally came back to take order. Ordered another drink as well., second drink didn’t arrive until after the meal was finished. I don’t blame waitstaff. This seems to be very poorly managed. Was also there mid-week. Two of us sat at the bar, each ordered a drink. Handed a $ 20 bill. Never received change… Finished the drink, decided to leave. Had to request my change. Bartender: I forgot I slipped it into my pocket.” What??? Not sure what think about that forgetfulness

Came for a wedding and wouldn’t recommend. Service was terrible and food subpar. Had the Mahi and was extremely overcooked. Lackluster and very disappointed for the bride and groom they deserved better. Had to eat in the dark by cell phone light until the groom had to insist to get lighting. Reception was outside and bathroom facility was horrific.

I have been to Mambos quite a few times but not for the food or service but the generous Mai tai drinks made by Alex, the bartender. The location is nice because it is beachside but I would almost hesitate to stay at the hotel being it does not look up to date or presentable. The bathrooms are not very clean in the hotel area. Food is decent and service is slow. Sunday is definitely a better day to enjoy the establishment since there is Live Reggae and happy hour. There is always a diverse mix of people from travelers to locals and it never gets too packed. This is definitely not my favorite place in Cocoa Beach but won’t rule it out either.
