I made a special trip to Colonie to visit this store as the one in Wilton Mall closed awhile ago. I was looking for curvy pants which they carry but apparently not in the store. After searching and searching not only for the pants themselves but an employee that could help me, I found a pleasant young sales clerk who had no idea if they carried them. She did go ask another clerk and I appreciate the effort. My main issues are this: sales clerks that were hard to find one was restocking clothing from the dressing room, another cashing customers out, another busy assisting a customer in the dressing room (which were not marked nor clearly evident what they were) and then another clerk who was engaged in a long personal conversation with people that she clearly knew — that went on for at least 15 – 20 minutes as I struggled to find what I was looking for and someone to assist me. Also, the store is not organized in a clear fashion, petites in one section for example, there were plenty of tall and petite pants but average were hard to find. I loved the store at Wilton, organized and the clerks were helpful and friendly. This store is a miss, if I want anything I will purchase on-​line rather than waste my time there.
