This place is exceptional! I pulled off the highway when I heard a loud pop from my car. Lucky for me One Call was close to exit. I went in on a whim hoping they could help me out. They took my car in right away and found the problem. They fixed it in a few hours and for a fair price. Matt is just awesome. I will be back. I’m so glad I found this place. Thanks!

I went there because there were so many good reviews about this place. But I didn’t have their service in the end. They want to charge me $ 60 dollars just for diagnosis even I just want to fix my left dip beam. I fixed my car in many different places but never been charged diagnosis fee at so high cost. That’s just ridiculous!

Not quite sure how this place has such good reviews, but I was definitely tricked by the positive reception. Based on my experience, they were fairly belittling and a bit deceptive to boot. Outrageous diagnostic fee I wasn’t even made aware of (got that «forgiven» after a 15 minute lecture), a quote hundreds over the competition and an offer to «negotiate» on the price only after I was leaving. Now I may not have buckets of experience with auto mechanics, but I can say that in most service positions a negotiation offer is usually due to a bit of shady practice the first time around. Was told by someone later on that people get towed out of One Call on a weekly basis, and I can definitely see why. Might be good for small stuff, I have no experience in that department, but I say definitely not worth the headache (or the second tow) for anything more involved.

I went in to One Call Auto Mechanic today and had a fantastic experience. Matt is very straight-​forward and came across to me as honest, fair and very competent. He did an oil change, tire rotation, filled up my coolant and replaced my front brakes in 90 minutes. The price was very reasonable and Matt gave me some good advice for future preventative maintenance. I recently moved to Columbus and I’m happy to say I do not need to look any further for a car mechanic. I plan on being a return customer to One Call.

I’ve had work done here twice and was extremely please with both the speed of the work and the price. Matt and his techs are friendly and explain in detail why certain repairs need to be made and will tell you when they don’t. Both times I’ve been in they’ve been able to see me the day I called and finish in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a reliable, honest mechanic.

I too was looking for an auto mechanic online and read the reviews for One Call. I was intrigued so called for an appt. I needed my headlights adjusted and had a head light out. Matt called me to the shop area and showed me how to adjust the lights. He handed me the tool and sent me on my way for NO CHARGE. Not to mention he also replaced the bulb for free. This was kind and generous. He could have charged at least a minimum fee for the visit or the bulb. I have other work that needs done and I will be going to One Call.

Admittedly, it’s a bit out of the way from where I live, but given the reviews, I figured it was worth a visit. However, I was not disappointed. My car’s issue was diagnosed quite quickly, and they got to work on it as soon as possible. It took a few hours to get done, but I didn’t mind waiting. And while we waited, they came out and explained what was wrong, and actually showed us the part that was broken and how it was broken. It was a far more detailed experience than I’ve ever had anywhere else, and I really appreciated that. I definitely see myself returning for future services.

Did not work on car as I wanted. Offered separate expensive service and forgot to leave me keys. Only normal business hours made it challenging for us with normal jobs. I don’t believe I’ll be back.

This is the second 5 star review I’ve left for this shop, the other on Google, and they deserve it. Never made an appointment with them, Matt is friendly knowledgeable and FAST. six months ago they did a full brake job on the rear axle, called me with updates and gave a reliable estimate on the time and cost of the project. Even threw in a free oil change! I knew I didn’t have to look anywhere else when it was time to change the front brakes, and I have a mechanic for as long as I live in Columbus.

I had the best customer service from this place! Would definitely recommend taking your car here! I was on my way to visit my home in Cleveland from Indianapolis when my brakes went out on the highway. It was a Friday around 4 pm and they looked at my car the second I brought it in and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. I needed two of my brake lines replaced. Said there was a 90% chance they wouldn’t get it done before they closed but after I told them I wasn’t from Columbus and was driving up to Cleveland they made every effort to get me my car back that night! Because of them I made it back home that night and was able to spend time with my dad before he left for a trip the following morning! Can’t thank them enough for that! They also showed me some other parts of my car that might be a problem in the future and that I should keep an eye on.

Had my Jeep Wrangler checked out because the frame had a lot of rust. They inspected the it and it was pretty bad. They gave me some options to fix it up for now but the damage from the rust was pretty bad so I told them I was going to check with a frame shop to do the repair work. They allowed me to leave my car and store it at their shop there for a few days until I could find a frame shop to pick it up and have it looked at, They were very nice to work with and I will be going back for any other work.

Matt is an excellent and honest mechanic and person. He spent over an hour looking at my car and told me everything that could be causing my car issues. He was very friendly and honest and did not charge me because he couldn’t not find anything to fix on my car, even after he took over and hour out of his day to try and figure out what was wrong. I will send every person I know to this shop!

If you’re looking for a mechanic that will be honest with you and not take advantage look no further. I’ve been there several times with issues where I was convinced something was wrong when it wasn’t and he will not take advantage of the situation. If there is nothing wrong he will tell you so and won’t charge you, and if something is wrong you can be sure that it will be fixed correctly and for a reasonable price. The service is also wonderful and he’s always gotten to my car very quickly. He is truly excellent, so glad to have finally found a mechanic I can trust!

I’m new to the area and to snow and ice, too, so when I broke my Buick’s car handle trying to get my door open, I needed a mechanic quick. I went in at 2:45 on a Thursday afternoon, and an hour later was driving home with a new door handle. They were very nice and explained how to avoid this in the future, checked my car over, and were very reasonably priced. I absolutely am going to come here again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Came in thinking I needed my brake pads replaced, but it turns out my brakes were squeaky because of a previous poor installment. After a quick adjustment, I was invited to come back next year when I might actually need something replaced. Thanks guys. See you in a few months!

Went in for an oil change then discovered that I needed to replace my front brake pads. I got the brake pads replaced, and they have me a free oil change! On top of that, I received very friendly service. I will be going back here again for future car fixes.

I went to One Call for a second opinion on getting my struts replaced. Not only did they tell me that they don’t need repaired for another year or so, their price was reasonable when considering part and labor. These guys run an honest business hence why they have so many repeat customers. I recommend them.
