Absolute Plumbing and Drain

I had a major water leak inside the wall leading down into the sink in my bathroom in my condo. Jerod came over and was able to quickly identify where the problem was and patch the broken pipe for me. I’d never heard of electrolysis between copper and galvanized steel pipes before, but I looked it up and it’s a thing. So the builders screwed up and didn’t insulate the pipes in my place. Anyway, while Jerod was there he fixed another problem for me (where the hot water tap to one of my sinks was spitting out chunks of black stuff because the interior of the hose was degrading) and diagnosed 2 other plumbing problems for me. I’m in a ‘deferred maintenance’ type of rental. I was very pleased with the work over all and felt like Jerod knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. There was some confusion with the rates that were quoted to me, but it was worth a hell of a lot to my mind that they followed through and did what they said they would do. Honesty and following through on one’s word is everything in a service business. I would give them ⁵⁄₅ except I don’t know what the mark-​up was on the parts he used /​I didn’t get to see the receipt.

Awesome service from beginning to the end. I called them to fix a few things on a home inspection report. Customer service over the phone is an A+ from scheduling to follow-​up. Jared came out and I walked then thru all the areas of concern based on the inspection report and some other notable items. He was able to give me a very honest and professional opinion what I should take care of today and some things I shouldn’t worry about, which was nice as he could have told me to fix everything. I admire the honesty. Luckily he had the time to fix the items in the house that day as he was only here for an estimate but had some time before his next appt. This will be my go to plumbing company from customer experience to honesty and professionalism, this was the best right company.

I’ve used Absolute Plumbing and Drain several times for small projects and fixes in my home. They have always been great — responsive, fast, thorough and professional.

We had an emergency call for a water heater that was leaking all over our garage that required us to shut off our water supply. It was a warranty issue but we called Absolute that came out literally within 45 min @ close to 8pm. My husband does a trade similar and I completely understand how frustrating it is to be called out late at night, but Anthony was awesome. He was honest, polite and got everything taken care of for us. We appreciate the quick response and the hot water for our family!

I have to say that Al was awesome. He helped evaluate the situation to get to the root cause of the problem and only perform necessary procedures. He was honest and didn’t try to up sell unnecessary work. I would use Absolute again if Al came to do the work.

The work was quoted and scheduled on time. The work was completed perfectly. They had to replace cast iron toilet flange. They had to jack hammer to get the original flange out. Perfect installation. Very courteous technicians

Teflon tape cost $ 177.00 for 10 minutes. My husband applied too much pressure taking hose off and in doing so caused a small leak. We replaced the broken part with new one. Unfortunately it continued to leak. Figured he might of broken a bigger part. Thought it best to get a professional. Called Absolute plumbing. Nik came out (great nice guy)
He was able to put some Teflon tape around the leaking area and screwed the new faucet we bought back on and like that It was fixed.
Total labor 5 minutes. We were charged for a full hour of work. The company should of explained the price before starting. Now I know not to use them or suggest to anyone in need. Too bad they opted to not see it was a very small problem and charge half.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! I’m very happy with the service with Absolute Plumbing! Great service from the start with the Friendly call center, along with Nik and Rod, they worked swiftly and well together! The price was fair and reasonable! Saturday night at 5pm! Paul showed up in 19 minutes. Presidents Day/​Valentines day weekend. That is customer service at it’s best.

«Al» the plumber from Absolute Plumbing arrived right on schedule. My garbage disposal and clogged kitchen sink needed «help». Sink was not draining and garbage disposal would not work. He explained exactly what he was going to do and presented an itemized and fair estimate of the cost. He completed job very quickly and made sure that I understood what the problem was and how to avoid having problem in the future.
Al was very respectful and efficient. He has a great sense of humor.
Thank you to Amy, the office scheduler. She was extremely efficient even called next day to be sure I was completely satisfied.
I will use this company in the future

Absolute just went above and beyond! I’ve had a clogged toilet I’ve been plunging and snaking for around a month and nothing was working. Their friendly technician Al showed up promptly at 3pm when I was expecting him. He quickly set up his 150′ snake and started in on the 4″ clean out in my backyard. Al was happy to answer all my questions as I watched him work. The clean out wasn’t working so he went inside with a 75′ snake. He pulled the problem toilet and started running the 75’er. After running that one full length four times Al knew he was in for it. He brought in the 150’er and was ready to show the clog who was boss. When 7pm hit and the clog wasn’t cleared I could tell something was wrong. Al called in the owner to come assess the problem. Fast forward to 9:40pm. Al’s boss was able to free the clog and now my kids are happily using their favorite toilet.
I had Al here for six hours and 40 minutes. The owner himself was here for two hours and 40 minutes. Al promised me in the very beginning he wouldn’t give up until my toilet was fixed and he kept his word. Keep in mind they close at 5pm.
Prompt service, friendly employees, and dedication to finish the job they start are how I sum up my experience, A+ five stars!

They came out in December and were there the whole day, i felt really bad that they had to be there the whole day. They took care of business and won us over, we were very happy.

Al the plumber was courteous and helpful. We would use them again! ²⁴⁄₇ good to know.

When my drain was so plugged that nothing would go through it I looked to Unilocal for help and got it with the best plummer in my area. When Absolute Plummer came to my house I figured it might be very costly, but it wasn’t. The cost was most reasonable. When I met Al I knew it would be a good job. Actually, the job that Al did was very professional and I learn alot from him. From here on when I need plumming done I will always ask for Absolute Plumming. Thank you, Al Jackson you made everything running perfect.

Washing machine drain was backed-​up and flooding the kitchen floor. First plumber I called, the call taker said they would have someone call me right back. 30 minutes later, no response, one hour later no response, so I called Absolute Plumbing instead. They quickly sent Al round who evaluated the situation and soon had it fixed after educating me on the hidden plumbing in my walls. He also snaked a couple of slow draining wash-​hand basins for us and included that in the first hour’s labor.
Did what we needed, quickly, and with a pleasant and helpful demeanor and their rates were a bit less than the last plumber we had in. Will probably call Absolute Plumbing next time we have a plumbing need.

Very happy with their service. We have an old house built about 60 or so years ago. We have used a number of plumbers over the years. Christmas Day four days after Absolute cleared the roots near the street the plumbing backed up again.
Waited till Saturday morning and Rod (the owner I think) answered and came out again with his tech. They ran the snake down again and cleared it under warranty. They suspected the roots that had been cut up got stuck. Everything is working correctly again. What a crappy situation and of course on a major holiday.
Very pleased they did not charge me a second time since it had only been a few days. Will definitely call them when I need plumbing work again.

Al was great. He was very nice and accommodating and professional. He was very efficient with our plumbing fix and was excellent in teaching us about the problem and how to solve it. If we ever have an unfortunate plumbing issue again we will call this company.

Called 5:30 on a Monday night. They had someone to my door in less than a half hour. Al was great! Very fair quote for the work done. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend!

Paul once again saved my day. We have old pipes and tree roots are and have been causing havoc. It always seems to happen at the worst possible time. Annoying but knowing I can call absolute and get Paul out to my house (I am sure the other guys are good too) within a couple of hours and fix it helps my mood. This morning was the same. Although they did raise prices a bit, it is still fair and just part of home ownership I guess. One day we will bite the bullet and dig up the lines and when we do we will get a quote from absolute.

We have an old home with old pipes. Our main line gets blocked by roots on a regular basis. I became frustrated with the previous company I was using so gave Absolute a try. I was impressed from the initial phone call I made. I was given a same day appointment about 4 hours later. It was a two hour window. About an hour into it, I received a call telling me they were running late. Really appreciated that. First time ever that a company let me know instead of having to call and ask.
Al is the name plumber who did the work. I couldn’t be more pleased. We discussed the problem, he told me my different options without any high pressure upsale and the quote was put in writing in detail. His work was very professional and detailed. He made sure the problem was resolved. It took more time than expected but I didn’t end up with any unexpected charges.
I will definitely be calling Absolute Plumbing and specifically recommending Al for any future plumbing needs but I don’t expect to need to have roots cleaned out for awhile.
