I can’t say enough nice things about this company. They came the same day I called, which was late in the day and the tech was super knowledgeable about all insects, especially the ants that took over my house. He did above and beyond what I asked for and everything he said was completely true. No odor when I returned to the house. I was worried about that, since I’m sensitive to chemicals and have little kids and dogs. I was very happy with the service manager, Jay, the tech who did the work, as well as the fair price. We will use this company in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I live in Palm Springs and had a small roach and gnat problem in my bathroom. These guys came and took care of my issue within a few days of calling them. The owner, personally, came and told me exactly what would be done. This was back in November 2015.
As the weather got warmer, in June 2016, I started having tiny black ants in my kitchen and living room area. We tried getting rid of them on our own and nothing worked. So, I finally gave in and called this company again. They were able to squeeze me in the day after I called! I expressed concern using chemicals because I have 2 small children and I am pregnant. They understood and only sprayed on the outside of my home. They put the clear, gel stuff inside my cabinets and under baseboards. They said it would take a few days to notice the bugs to be gone, nope, they were wrong! It took less than 24 hours and NO MORE ANTS!
I will continue using them because of their customer service and they work!

We moved to our new home in a brand new community and got hit with pest problem; ants, fruit flies and spiders are very self-​welcomed. And it seemed we were not the only resident got hit with the same problem; our neighbors told us about Ecotech when Ameer was on the site doing the job. We then decided to have Ameer to spay our house as well. He is very helpful and very good customer service while doing his job. We highly recommend this company and Ameer’s service and will keep having him come regularly at every three to four month to spray our house and keep our house bug-​free.

I spoke with Janet on the phone who directed me to one of her technicians by the name of Ameer. I was only calling for some information regarding ants which was quite unusual. Instead of just pushing me off and saying that she didn’t know how to help me and then hanging up Janet took the extra time to connect me with one of her technicians who let me know what my situation might be which was very helpful! To my surprise he also sold the importance of this company and if I ever needed his services don’t hesitate to contact them. What took me over was when he contacted me later on with some some additional information which might be a solution! He then said if this one did not work don’t hesitate to contact his company, they’d be more than happy to come out and help! Talk about a shift in Personal Service! I was very impressed & needless to say I will not hesitate in calling Ecotech as my pest solution! Thank you Ecotech so much for your high level of integrity!

This family owned pest control business is just about as ethical, reasonable and professional as you can get for these types of businesses. I’ve actually referred the owner Jay to a few other businesses and they all had the same experience that I did.
Obviously, I am stating these powerful comments because I’ve used a few well known and small businesses that does pest control and my experiences wasn’t so great.
I’ve dealt from disasters that has to be taken care of within a day to a week and Jay never attempt to try and add extra charges like the others do.
I used Ecotech for my business service, however, I am certain they will help with Residentials if you need their service.

Worth money ever! I had been contracted with a big pest control company for years. One day Ecotech be introduced by friend and I did try change to Ecotech. Ecotech is very professional on pest control and the most important is that they are really pay attention for the root of the problem.

I couldn’t be happier calling ecotech to help with a rodent issue I was having in my garage. Not only did Jay and Ameer remedy the situation they also educated me on the process and gave a specific explanation on what they were doing. The follow up is also phenomenal! Nothing says we care like a phone call to see how everything is going and if we needed anything they were just a call away. I really appreciate their professionalism and care and I will refer ecotech to all my clients, friends and family.

I live in San Diego and was referred to Ecotech by a termite company in Escondido. I do not see Ecotech on SD Unilocal,so I am leaving my review here because it is the same company.
I previously had bad experiences with other pest companies in SD and was thereafter diligent in my research.
The owner of Ecotech, Jay, called me personally and was very professional. He set up a same day visit by the local technician, Johnathan, for ant control. Johnathan arrived right on time with all the right equipment and a smile on his face. He was very thorough and did a great job. The ants are gone. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about Keith B. He’s a consummate professional — a very knowledgeable guy, hard working, honest, and a straight shooter.
We bought an old house with termite, rodent and ant problems. He quickly diagnosed what needed to be done about the rodents but unlike others, he was honest with us about what didn’t need doing rather than try to up sell us thousands of dollars in «fear insurance» which others push on unsuspecting homeowners. Others tried to sell us unnecessary solutions that cost up to $ 5000 but we checked it out with Vector Control which is a government service dedicated to controlling rats and the experts at Vector Control agreed 100% with Keith about what to do and what not to do. Keith also caught a subterranean termite issue in the garage that our current termite inspector who was highly recommend missed. The reason for Keith’s success is quite simple — he is more dedicated and more thorough and careful than others. He cares about your house like it was his own and he leaves no stone unturned. And when we wanted the house sprayed for ants he did it same day, gave us a fair price and respected our requests to spray inside with green products. If you talk to him he is willing to share his wealth of experience with you and you will learn a lot.
Sadly these days when you talk to 5 inspectors and 4 of them just look out for their interests, often against yours. Many employ the business model of trying to «sell ice to Eskimos.» Keith is the exception who is always looking to do the right thing by his clients and build a loyal long term customer base and a great business. Whether it’s ants, rodents or termites, I am a property manager and have done the research on all of them and have compared many service providers and Keith comes out on top in every category. Solid guy. Sadly they don’t make them like him anymore.

I have used Ecotech twice already inside and outside of my home and I’m always 100 percent satisfied with the job that gets done. They always come as soon as you need them which is great if you have a maggot problem like I did. They came to spray and they were gone and have not been back! The spray is completely safe (green) for kids and animals which I love because I have a toddler running all around my house. Raj is such a great guy and so knowledgable and helpful. He will always return my phone calls asap if I need him last minute to come spray. They are a very reliable and dependable company and get the job done super quick. I know I will always recommend them and use them forever! I do NOT want spiders and maggots in my house and Ecotech is my savior when it comes to bugs be gone! Thanks guys!
