Great company. Easy to make an appointment and when my service man John showed up he was honest and thorough. Definitely will use this company again!

I called Armed Exterminators when I couldn’t identify little black bugs that seemed to be multiplying in my back entry. I scoured, swept, mopped, etc., and they kept coming back. I finally called Armed Exterminators, and they were at my house within 30 minutes. After collecting a few bugs and taking them back to «analyze» them, I received a call that these bugs were probably «lesser grain borers.» Long story short, they were feasting on milk bones that we kept for our dog. The man I talked to told me that they didn’t need to spray; I just needed to get rid of the food source. Sure enough, I followed Armed Exterminators’ recommendation to get rid of the milk bones. After that, I scoured, swept, mopped, etc. again. Within a day or two the bugs were gone. No spraying. No fee charged. I will definitely call this company again with any extermination needs!

So pleased with our service by Armed Exterminators! We keep our lawn pretty long and have two large dogs that defile the lawn daily so we deal with lots of gnats, flies and mosquitoes. We used Armed to spray the plants and grass and saw an immediate improvement in the number of buzzards flying around. They have a 45 day policy where they return to retreat if not satisfied with the service.
Cliff was our specialist and he was so nice, professional, and punctual. I would recommend this company and Cliff to everyone needing pest support !

So grateful I called armed exterminators. I just came back from a trip and found a bunch of rat droppings in my house! Gross. I called and Dale was very polite, professional and had John come over to my house within the hour. John was amazing he explained everything in detail and wasn’t pushy to sell me anything. He was very friendly and is helping me taking care of this rat problem. I highly recommend them!

They came out to my house quickly for an any problem. Sprayed everywhere and I haven’t had any ants since! they charged us $ 250 for two house on the lot. Fairly inexpensive and did a great job.

Very pleased with this company. Polite, punctual, and effecient. They came when they said they would, and most importantly, they got the job done. Worth every penny if you are having trouble with rodents. Roof rats run rampant in Pasadena, especially if you have fruit trees like we do. We had some get into our attic and basement, and John and Cliff came out every week for several weeks to check and set traps. They also use non-​toxic bait boxes, so you don’t have to worry about other wildlife getting poisoned. You then get a 45 day guarantee after they determine your house is clear. The rats are a permanent part of living in southern California, but at least Armed Exterminators will keep them from getting into the house!

I had a skunk who had taken up residence under our home. It had come through an access door that was left open by a worker. The house was smelling pretty bad.
I called Armed Exterminators to come and remove the stinky skunk. Dale, the owner, came on the phone. He told me he could come down and charge me for the removal, but first advised me to follow certain steps to try and coax the critter out myself. According to him, it worked 90% of the time. He said if it didn’t work, then he’ll send someone out. I followed the steps and it worked! And, I didn’t end up being charged.
This type of attitude and customer service earned my loyalty and I am definitely recommending Armed Exterminators to others. Thanks Dale!

Our property, at the end of a cul-​de-​sac, seems to be the throughway for many wild animals. We regularly see coyotes, raccoons, skunks, etc. As a result, we’ve experienced really bad flea problems. We have two dogs and I am allergic to flea bites, so needless to say we were suffering! We’ve asked other exterminators to come but nobody was able to get rid of the fleas until Armed Exterminators. They are amazing at following up and went to great lengths to ensure we were taken care of. They are very thorough with their treatment and I believe that is why they succeeded where others have failed. We enrolled in their quarterly system and they always call to schedule their next visit promptly. Also, Cliff and Dale are extremely polite.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Armed Exterminators have made such a big difference in our lives that I felt the need to recommend them to anybody suffering like we did.

I had to call this company several times because the transitional house we were in had a constant problem with bedbugs. Dale and his crew jumped right on it each time they were called. Very nice and paid close attention to details. Im sure it became a pain but you have people moving in and out constantly you never no what comes with them. I appreciate Armed Exterminators and crew for their diligence. I highly recommend them for your pest needs. Great job guys!

Exceptional customer service from John Dolan at Armed Exterminators. He was courteous, informative and just a genuinely nice dude. We treated the house today for ants and spiders, will report back on the results!

Called last week to have my house treated because all the hot weather was bringing in ants. I was thrilled when they said they could send someone over within an hour.
Cliff arrived promptly and gave me a quote. I couldn’t have him spray right then (had to take dog somewhere, etc) and he said to just give him a call in a couple of hours when I was ready to have him treat the house. Later that day, I called and he arrived within an hour.
As if that wasn’t extremely efficient and prompt, I received a call from the company a week later checking up on my prior phone call.
Oh yeah, I haven’t seen a single ant since the house was treated. Perfect.
Yep, I now have them coming out quarterly.

Every now and then you come across a business that just does things the right way, and when you’re talking about pest control, the work performed has to be done accurately. A family run business, Armed Exterminators seems to pride itself on taking good care of its customers by being extremely attentive, thorough, and «arming» themselves with a personable staff. Our home was built in 1929, so we’re now finding that there are small nooks and crannies for vermin to make their way in, especially through crawl spaces and the attic. John D., who is now on a mission to alleviate our small vermin problem after tending to a prior black widow problem, has been on time, is extremely courteous, and is noticeably sensitive to our needs. Although we’re in the early stages of our business relationship, I have a very good feeling my wife and I will be calling upon their services for years to come.

You will not be disappointed with Armed Exterminators. They are quick to respond, they are very customer service oriented, and their prices are very fair. Highly recommend!

Armed Exterminators is the best!!! I had a major issue with crickets. They love the hot summer we had. Dale and Cliff came out to survey the situation then Cliff returned the treat the area. Just as the guarantee was about to expire the crickets made another appearance. Dale made sure to come out and immediately and treat the area again. Amazing customer service!!! Would highly recommend!!!

I can’t recommend this company enough. We had a terrible ant infestation. I mean, totally gross. When I called Armed Exterminators, the first thing I liked was that I got a real live person: Dale, the owner of the company. Dale seemed very knowledgeable, and within a few days Cliff was sent to our house. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. Since I have health issues, he only sprayed outside the house. He said he’d check back with me in a few days about the ant problem, and he did! I’ve never had a company call me. In fact, he kept checking back and had to spray a few times before the problem was resolved. This company costs a bit more than other companies I checked, but it was well worth it.

I called Armed Exterminators for some rodent noises we heard coming from the attic. They were prompt and professional and were able to do a courtesy inspection per the offer on their website. They pointed out all of the areas that the rodents could be getting in and even recommended a construction company they outsource to for the work to cover up the holes. We will definitely call them for any extermination issues in the future as hey were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend giving these guys a call if you have a rodent problem.

Armed Exterminators are my hero! Today I had 2 squirrels in my house. No one would come help, not even animal control. Thank goodness for Dale Rodgers! He came within 1 hour of me calling. The squirrels left just as he arrived but he searched the house to ensure they were gone. Even after all that he refused to let me pay him. Great service! Timely! Respectable!
