Pump N Jump

Horrible customer service… I ordered a jumper online ⁹⁄₂₄ for a party on ¹⁰⁄₃ I received a confirmation email thought I was all set with the jumper. On ⁹⁄₂₉ I get an email informing me they no longer deliver to my area alta loma. Why except my order in the first place? Why wait so long to let me know you will not be able to deliver on an order you confirmed. It left me with very little time to find another jumper. Most sites I went on were very clear when you put in your zip code if they delivered to that area.

I had to write about my AMAZING experience about this company! I had ordered a jumper from a different company two months before the party, and they never bothered to check my address and just a few days before my party, after me calling and calling to confirm everything was on track, I received an email late at night just stating they did not look at my address until now and they do not service my city! no call just a cancelation…
I called around and no one had anything due to short notice,
Not only did I get through to Pump N Jump, but they answered my call in the evening on a cell phone took my order had several options to choose from! They were even better priced then the other company, significantly, and Most importantly– offered to make me the first drop off!
They were on time, super nice guys that delivered, put it all up and had it going incredibly fast, Very Clean, and they gave me the options if I wanted to have it picked up that evening or the next day– they were really open to whatever worked for me!
I will only order all my party rental needs from them in the future! They also rent tables and chairs and anything you need…
WELL DONE PUMP N JUMP! You Saved my little one’s first birthday party and I can not tell you how much I appreciated the service, and the overall experience! You can get burned out there, this is a company you can trust!

Extremely happy with their service. One could easily make the mistake of choosing a less legitimate jumper service with so many out there. My jumpers were provided on time, clean and the crew was very professional. I will recommend Pump n Jump to my friends and continue to use their services in the future!

Awesome company! I will definitely call them again. We ordered a large jumper and some tables and chairs. Everything was clean and on time. The delivery guy was super nice and helpful, they made my daughters party a success!

This company is very unprofessional. I called about 3 weeks in advance to reserve a jumper for my daughters birthday and everything seemed great. Then a few days before the party we got a call asking if we would like a different «new» jumper that they just got. My daughter preferred the one we originally picked out so I told them no thank you. Then the day of the party, they called me and told me the original jumper we ordered now had a hole and our only option was the «new» one we were offered a few days ago. In my opinion, based on the pictures, this one was smaller than the original one we were getting w the package we ordered– but we were told this was pretty much our only option– no compensation or anything. So we took it. Then we got a call at 12 asking where we were so they could leave the items at the park for the party– when I had CLEARLY told them more than once that we had soccer stuff going on the whole morning and won’t be at the park until 1 – 1:30 (our party started at 2:30). So we had to rush over there so someone was there to sit with the jumper, etc. Upon delivery, there was an issue with the drivers credit card reader so we were unable to pay right then and there (not our fault-​we were to cc was no problem when the order was placed) Then the man who I had been in contact with the whole time literally started to call my phone over and over again to get credit card info. I told him my husband had the credit card– he went to pick up the food for the party and he would be back in 20 min, so we can call back then to make the payment… But he was very hesitant and wanted it NOW! We were busy with all of our guests and he was being incredibly rude. Hello?! Were here with your jumper, were not going anywhere and you will definitely get paid! The products were all fine and worked great (jumper, cotton candy machine, pop up tent, and tables/​chairs) but as far as the customer service goes– very unorganized and unprofessional. I will never rent party items from this company again.

Two weeks before my son’s 1^st birthday I called and spoke to a gentleman over the phone. I explained to him the theme of our party and he directed me to the ordering process online. He even walked me through the steps. With his help over the phone, I placed an order for a jumper as well as tables and chairs. He told me that 3 days prior to the event, it’s their policy to call the customer to confirm everything, which sounded great and made me feel very secure. Day 3 before my event came and went. No call. Day 2 came and went. Still no call. So I took it upon myself to call. No answer. I left multiple messages. Still nothing. I’m starting to worry at this point but I figured maybe they’re just extremely busy. When you look at their website, they make it seem as if they’re reliable since it’s run by firefighters, and they’re licensed, etc. The day of the event came. They were supposed to drop the jumper off by 11am. I started calling them numerous times beginning 9am. There was still no answer. My son’s 1^st birthday celebration starts at noon. It is now exactly 11am and still no jumper. I was forced to call numerous jumper rental companies who, understandably, couldn’t help me because it was very last minute. I was lucky enough to come across another jumper rental company who was atleast able to let me rent the chairs and tables, but no jumper. I figured something is better than nothing. Atleast my guests won’t have to stand all through the party! I figured I should try calling one more time at noon eventhough the party has started at this point to see if anyone would pick up the phone. The same gentleman I spoke with previously finally picks up (I remember his voice very clearly). When I explained the situation, instead of apologizing he gave me a HUGE ATTITUDE.
I CANNOT BELIEVE PEOPLE CONDUCT BUSINESS THIS WAY!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO RATING I WOULD. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

We rented a dragon bounce house for my son’s 3^rd birthday party, and it was money definitely well spent. We needed it up by 2pm, but the courteous delivery guy came early and had it set up by 10am. He brought out the tarp and blower, got those set up, brought out the bounce house itself, checked to make sure everything was working, and even cleaned out the few leaves that were inside the otherwise immaculate bounce house. My son immediately went in and commenced to bounce for a solid hour before the party even started.
PIckup was a cinch too. Although I could tell the delivery guy would just rather pick it up the next day by offering to let us keep it overnight, it was a Sunday and my wife and I both work regular M-​F jobs, so we asked him to pick it up at 7pm. He was there promptly and took everything down. My only lament was that neither my wife nor I had any cash for tip, but he accepted a bottle of water we offered him, and I promised to leave a glowing review on Unilocal.So here it is.

I had to share my experience with you guys. I either had some bad luck or this company is not the same company that the other Unilocal reviewers are talking about.
I was very excited to rent my first bounce house for my daughter’s third birthday party. My daughter was even more excited and, for some reason, chose the dragon bounce house. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was very helpful and walked me through the process of ordering the bounce house online. I made an appointment for the bounce house to arrive at 10:00 am the day of the party.
Sadly, the bounce house arrived three hours late. The delivery guy asked to borrow my hand truck and extension cord. He set it up quick and even took a towel to «clean» out the bounce house. Then he asked for the full amount to be paid even after being three hours late, giving me excuse after excuse. He finally apologized after seeing I was heated. In an attempt to make things better, I was told they would pick up the bounce house the next day in the afternoon, so my daughter can jump the next day all by herself. The only reason I went through with it is because I didn’t want to disappoint my daughter because she had been talking about her dragon jumper for the past two weeks, telling everybody about it.
I went in the jumper and did some additional cleaning as there were still leaves all over. The only positive was that my daughter had a blast jumping. She got up the next morning and wanted to jump some more. Unfortunately, the bounce house was gone before 12:00 pm.
Needless to say, I will never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I’m calling these guys again for sure! Showed up early, friendly guy, set up was fast, and the bounce castle was CLEAN! And… in GREAT CONDITION! That’s so important!!! I don’t like my kids going into a dirty bounce castle! Price was great too! We ordered the castle with the slide! Overall very happy! Kids had a blast :) simple fast fun! Done.

The day of our 2 kids 5^th and 6^th birthday party this morning they said they were doubled booked and wont even return our calls. They literally left us with nothing for 75 people and kids. They wont even pick up the phone now… don’t even take the chance of using them.

We recently went to a party at our friend’s who used this rental company and we were so impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. We have been to parties with jumpers for kids and the jumpers were so dirty and even moldy! I would definitely use this company for all your rental needs!

We rented a jumper, chairs and tables from these guys last weekend for a kids party. All I can say is great service and super nice equipment. They came out and helped set everything up. All the tables and chairs were new quality and CLEAN.
