My life changed completely since I started dancing in the salsa and bachata scene.
When I started dancing salsa I took classes in a Dance studio located in San Rafael, CA. I joined a salsa team to improve my salsa technique.
After 6 months of intense salsa training I decided explore new places for dancing and that is how I found bachata as an unconditional passion of bachata.
I took bachata classes in Oakland and San Francisco, but there was a bachata company that attracted me for their technique and passion of dancing; InEssence Dance Co.
Currently I’m teaching and also performing for InEssence Dance Co.
As a dancer my goal is to transmit my passion to others and make people forget about everything while they are dancing. Dancing is more than just moving your body, it’s a wonderful way to enjoy life in 2 or 3 minutes.
