We offer Property Management services for SF Bay Area Owners. We also have an in-​house Yacht Liaison, who specializes in helping our clients acquire or sell luxury yachts, here in the Bay Area or abroad.

History

Established in 2012.

Lion & Foster International, Inc. was launched in 2012 by CEO/​Managing Broker, Cliff Perotti, a 31 year veteran of the real estate industry, and his wife/​partner, Lisa Perotti, a 25 year real estate veteran.

Lion & Foster International, Inc. was founded in Corte Madera as a quality service boutique, serving luxury and investor clientele in the San Francisco-​Marin area. In 2014, we launched our UK office, adding our international services for investors throughout the globe.

Cliff and Lisa P.

Business Owner

Cliff Perotti (Cal BRE 874 027), a Certified International Property Specialist and Managing Director of Lion & Foster International, Inc., is a 31 year veteran of the real estate industry with extensive experience in residential and investment sales. He is the author of The Real Estate Entrepreneur (McGraw-​Hill) and is an international consultant for brokerages and developers looking to enter the U.S. markets.

Lisa Perotti (Cal BRE 1 073 343) has the expertise to successfully close the deal. Lisa has been a top home seller in the Bay Area for more than 20 years, ranking in the top 1% of agents nationwide. Her approach is simple: listen, ask questions and take as much of the stress out of buying or selling a home as possible.

Together, Cliff & Lisa host «The Property Beat» real estate talk show on KLOK 1170 AM, Wednesdays 10 – 11 am.
