very caring staff, very competent Optometrist, great location, wonderful selection of frames, great prices.

I got a bad experience. I brought a frame and asked them to put lens on it without taking the eyes exam. They charged me almost $ 300, then when my glasses are broken, i brought back and they said they can’t fix it. And nowhere else can fix their mistake. It seems like they want me to buy their new glasses. Finally, i charged almost $ 300 for a glasses wearing in about a month.

I got my prescription elsewhere and went to the Corvallis vision center to find some new frames.
The staff was nice and let me browse on my own and were there if I needed help. I found a pair of glasses that I liked and the price they quoted was reasonable for glasses. They didn’t ask me to pay until after the glasses arrived, which I really appreciated.
The glasses were done earlier than I anticipated and were less expensive than expected as well.
They were also very helpful when I needed my glasses adjusted multiple times. I would come in and there would always be someone there happy to help.
I highly recommend them. Their staff is nice and knowledgeable and very helpful. They also do not do any annoying sales pitches when trying to buy your glasses.
After having a very negative experience at a different glasses shop in corvallis, they were a breath of fresh air.

I loved coming here! Dr. Moller was funny and awesome immediately made me feel comfortable, which is hard to do.

What I appreciated was the personal attention, the instant rapport built and the time spent. I will return if needs surface or time dictates.

This has been our family Optometrist office for over 15 years. Both doctors are wonderful, our glasses and contacts always come in with one to two weeks and the office staff has always been pleasurable to work with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crotty for 15 years. He has been outstanding in terms of his appointments and exams. The same, on the other hand, has been a mixed boat. Some of the staff are helpful and some are… awful. They act as «gatekeepers» to the two optometrists and are not flexible in anyway shape or form. I can understand the one review about the staff being awful. I needed contact lenses and my prescription had expired two months earlier. The staff was unwilling to consider extending the prescription EVEN though the prescription hadn’t changed in four years and I had an emergency.

Awful. Their staff is rude and incompetent. The optometrists are nice enough, although the one I saw seemed to not really know what he was doing. It took three months and many many visits to get a contact prescription that sort of kind of worked. Then they faxed the wrong prescription to the place I was ordering my glasses from.
Perhaps you will like them if you enjoy wasting your time and money and being talked down to by rude staff that have frowns permanently frozen on their faces. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
And if you do go there, be sure not to order contacts from them. Not only will it take forever to get them (why? 1800contacts can get the same prescription delivered to my door in half the time), you’ll also be charged roughly double what you should be paying.
