Probably one of the worst phone calls I’ve had with a company. I called to see if they could put in a bathroom window installed and the guy that answered was not customer service oriented at all. He asked questions and when I would reply there would be long silences… he would just say uhh… and then pause forever. Honestly, it didn’t seem like he even wanted the work. Then without even asking to come see the place, he says the estimate is between $ 1000 – 1500. He just pulled a number out of his ass. Ok thanks buddy.

Ryan remodeled our living room, kitchen, and stairs. This included installing cabinets, wood flooring on the main level and stairs (which Ryan custom made), installing lighting, scraping popcorn ceilings, and painting, among many other things.
Ryan did an absolutely amazing job, and my wife and I are thrilled with the results. He was extremely professional, showed up promptly every morning, was upfront about costs (including an itemized quote), and he was flexible in accommodating changes that arose throughout the construction process. Most importantly, Ryan is a truly enjoyable person to work with, and we trusted him completely throughout the remodel.
Remodeling is never easy, but Ryan makes it as painless as possible. I would recommend Ryan for any remodeling project!

I’ve used Ryan a number of times as a contractor. Both times with great results he was fast, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly did great quality work.
The first time I used Ryan was to repair water damage at a rental property we own. When the problem happened he jumped right on it, even though it was while he was having his Thanksgiving dinner. He quickly accessed the situation, shut off the problem plumbing, pulled up wet carpeting and padding, and prevented any further damage to wood moldings, trim, etc. Then over the next couple of days, Ryan quickly made sure everything was dried out properly with industrial fans, checked for mildew and other conditions, ordered new padding, got the carpets cleaned, dried and reinstalled. All much faster, cheaper and with better quality than the big companies. The result is that we kept a happy tenant and didn’t lose any money with the property out of commission. In fact that tenant was so impressed with Ryan’s quality and responsiveness, he now calls Ryan directly when issues arise.
As it happens, Ryan’s next project with me, was another water damage issue. This time not to a rental property but to our own high end custom home. Nothing to fear, Ryan did the same amazing job even though this time it required him to also remove and replace water soaked drywall. He tested the areas identified as damaged, removed just those portions required and re dry walled the area. Once he painted it (with the exact matching paint) it was as good as new.
The last refurbishment project I just completed with Ryan, was for another high end rental property. Again, once the old tenants were out, Ryan quickly surveyed the property to see what it would take to bring it back to top notch quality. He prepared a detailed estimate including drywall repair, trim touch up, replacing door hardware, painting and new carpet. Once approved, as always he was there personally everyday doing the work himself to be sure it was right. The work came out great, right on budget and was done early allowing the new tenants early access which made everyone happy.
Ryan’s a straight shooter. Shows up everyday with a good attitude and great work ethic. Does the work himself and won’t let up till your completely satisfied. He’s honest and trustworthy. I would completely recommend him for remodeling, refurbishing any repair projects around the house.

I found Ryan via a recommendation from my Realtor. Ryan Bartholomew is a man of integrity that does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, period!
I know this because that is exactly what he did, day after day, week after week for the several months it took to complete my project.
I have a 25 year old 6000 sq. ft. home that I needed to freshen up to put on the market. This was a six figure job that would take several months. The job turned out miraculous & was a complete transformation!
There was work to do in every room in the house. The job included, all new carpet, complete interior paint including complicated crown moldings, door casings, custom made base boards, etc. Dimming LED lighting throughout the entire house, stone & tile flooring in every bathroom, the kitchen, powder room and laundry. Stone countertops in several bathrooms. New sinks, fixtures, lighting & fans in every bathroom. Landscaping, exterior trim painting & a few windows were also replaced.
Ryan came out several times just to put the bid together and meet sub contractors. He was on time each and every time with a smile on his face and a hand shake.
The bid was extensive and required research for several items including an older complicated electrical system that had stumped two different electrical contractors. Ryan dissected it, took countless pictures, found out who made it and what would be needed to upgrade and modernize it.
Work commenced exactly on time and Ryan showed up every morning with a smile on his face and worked tirelessly throughout the day, some Saturdays and even into the evening on occasion. Every single day he cleaned up after himself and without fail would come find me to let me know he was leaving for the day.
I’m retired, so I was here most of the time, but the wife & I took an occasional vacation and gave Ryan his own key so he could continue to work & come and go as he pleased. That is how much we trusted him.
