A results focused, no fuss cycle and resistance training program. We offer several class styles to ensure your needs and endorphin quotas are met.
Cycle 45 min
Our Cycle classes are instructor’s choice. Some focus on performance drills and others on choreographed on-the-beat style riding. Come find one that works for you!
FBC (Full Body Cycle) 45 – 55 min
A true full body workout! We use free weights and resistance bands multiple times (on the bike) throughout this choreographed on-the-beat style cycle class.
Core Cycle 60 min
A combination of a cardio paced, core focused circuit training followed by a high energy sweat sesh in the cycle room.
Circuit Cycle 60 – 75 min
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) followed by a super sweaty sweat sesh in the cycle room will keep the body guessing while building lean body mass, scorching calories, kicking fat metabolism into full gear.
