I have had the pleasure of working with Link for well over a decade. He’s proven to be one of the most gifted and imaginative framers we have ever worked with and I honestly cannot imagine working with anyone else.
His work ranges from classical gallery style framing, to hand cut mats for more modern artists. Link has proven to be a trend-​setter within the framing community and his clients will most assuredly support every claim I’ve presented.

Absolutely the most creative and personalized custom frames and matting treatments you will find anywhere. Please do yourself a favor if you need something framed and check out the Frame Fetish website. There are literally hundreds of photos of earlier work.

Honestly, if you have a piece of art, poster, or anything REALLY extra special and you are looking to have it framed in ANY other way than every boring frame shop out there does… then FRAME FETISH is the place for you. Link is a friggin’ artist, man and he can turn your crappy poster into a masterpiece. Link can make your killer original even BETTER, seriously. The dude works wonders.
How many times have you paid out the NOSE for a boring ass frame job… and it’s not even what you really wanted? I have WAY too many times. Link doesn’t even charge as much as Aaron Brothers and he does 100x the job. You would have to be an idiot to not use Link for your next frame job.

I’ve had several posters framed by Frame Fetish. Each piece far exceeded my expectations. I just sent him the posters and he comes up with an incredibly creative and stunning solution that compliments the poster design.
The price is incredible reasonable. Don’t take it to some framing shop that will charge you more for a hack job.

Seriously. There is no reason NOT to get your framing done here. His work is truly original and ALWAYS complimentary to the artwork. I’ve had Link work on SEVERAL pieces of mine and I would never take anything anywhere else. I have three of his pieces in my home and am CONSTANTLY receiving compliments on them.
Link is also extremely affordable. Yes framing is expensive, but for virtually the same price you’d pay to have some art-​school-​college-​kid slap together your print, you can have Link turn it into a work of art.
I’ve had Link frame mostly music prints, but I’m thinking of having him frame some menus of favorite meal spots for my kitchen as well as some personal photos. The possibilities are endless!

Link did awsome work for me and my fiancé on an older Oingo Boingo concert flyer and a KXLU Fundrazor 97 poster. The work was amazing, quick, and Link came up with great themes for both. His Deluxe framing is where it’s at. He’s a really nice guty to work with and if you live in the area it’s worth the trip to see his gallery with all of the cool stuff he does (sweet custom tables too). Top notch all the way.

Frame Fetish is the BEST framing shop in the world. Dave Link is a master at cutting the most imaginative mats that enhance your art work more than any other framer I have come across. He is a true craftsman. He is unique.
I first came across Frame Fetish when searching the Internet for Mark Ryden art and his website had pictures of a few Rydens he had masterfully framed. I was hooked and have never looked back. A few times a year I send him things to frame (including some Rydens).
Link has framed at least 20 art pieces for me over the last 5 years or so and I am always amazed at the quality of his work. He really is a genius. The prices are VERY reasonable, enough that it is worth shipping art work to him from San Francisco for him to frame and ship back. In San Francisco I would have to pay a few hundred dollars more per piece and NOT have the same masterful and creative work. I have filled my 3 story house and my office with art he has framed, all very impressive and fun.
I cannot say enough great things about this guy, he deserves 10 stars. I met him once a few years ago when I decided to drive to Costa Mesa to pick up the framed art before Link had figured out a good shipping method for large pieces to S.F. He was so kind and even bought me a gift certificate to a great Italian restaurant in Costa Mesa. It was very generous and I really appreciated it.
Dave Link has that unique combination of talent and craftsmanship. He is the real thing. Frame Fetish is the best ever.

My boyfriend and I picked up some paintings from a street vendor in Montréal during a recent vacaton. After seeing samples of Link’s work on the Frame Fetish website, we decided to give him a call.
Not only was Link fun to talk to and obviously very talented, but he was also very professional. He completed our project a week earlier than promised. His choices on the frame and the mattes completely enhanced our pieces and really gave them a unique, finished look.
I can’t stress enough how good of an eye Link has. Our pieces already had a lot going on in them and I was a little hesitant to add more color and busy-​ness (not sure if that’s a word) to them. But his color choices complemented them so well that I now can not imagine them being framed in any other way. I highly recommend Frame Fetish and will be returning to Link myself in the future.
