What A View

We have been using Ray and his guys at our home here in Ladera Ranch for a number of years and have nothing but good things to say about their service. They show up promptly and on time and they do a great job throughout the house, especially on the inside which is huge. We will continue to use them for sure.

I called Ray at What a View and am now looking out of my beautifully clean windows. I lucked out and they were able to come the same day I called them and they were very careful and conscientious (they even took their shoes off when going in and out of the house). I would highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience with this service! They were punctual and reliable. They did a very thorough job with all of our windows and were very professional while at the house. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again!

What a view window cleaning came out today. Their team arrived as sheduled and did a fantastic job. They charged me $ 250 for my house which is a great price and I would higly recommend them. In addition the owner Ray is really nice and very ressourceful.

Ray came out to my home today and I am so impressed. I initially called him on a Sunday, he actually picked up and we had a long chat about his business and how he was trying to improve his ratings on Unilocal.He had a bad experience with Groupon years ago and it really affected his ratings. He has made it his mission to improve his image here on social media. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of weeks out (because of my schedule not his) and he showed up on time and ready to roll. His price was fair and they worked hard. They even did a couple of extras for me like cleaning a high shelf while they were up on he big ladder! Best window cleaning experience I’ve had in years. Now he is getting back to me with a quote on housecleaning as I was so impressed. Way to go What a View!

We have never hired professional window cleaners before. I hesitated to do so because I felt I could do as good of a job by myself. Not only was my entire house done in a couple of hours (which takes me an entire Saturday) but every screen and track were cleaned as well (better than I have ever done). Ray’s team was on time, respectful, kept things clean and did more than they had too. I had a ripped screen that I said to set aside but (for no charge) Ray replaced the screen material saying it was the right thing to do. He didn’t want to leave us with clean windows but a ripped screen. He even cleaned our windows on our double front door no charge — something that we hadn’t talked about in the bid but was a very appreciated finishing touch. I understand they also hang holiday lights — something we’ll seriously consider.

I have nothing but positive comments to make about this company. They came out right on time. The workers were very professional and courteous, They earned their money too because my unit is on the 4^th floor and they did an excellent job.
I asked what other services they do and I found out from the owner that they also do power washing. My good friend needed to clean up some driveways in front of his auto service business and he was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get out some deep set grease spots that have been there for years.
I would recommend them every time.

Ray and his team were a little late but made up for it with good, clean, courteous service. Our windows are all shiny and clean — they even cleaned the screens and the tracks. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again the next time we want to get our windows cleaned.

I had another company cancel on me at the last minute. A business friend of mine suggested «What A View», I called and they had a crew at my place the same day. Along with their customer service, I must say that I was also impressed with their work!

Ray and his team were great! I hired them to clean my personal residence yesterday (the entire outside of the home and a few windows). The house looked liked moldy cheese before (yellow house with black dirt) but now it’s just cheese! Yellow glistening cheese! I got quotes from other companies and even friends of friends but the best rate came from What a View Window Cleaning! Ray and his team will be at my office tomorrow cleaning our huge 2 story building inside and out! I know it will come out beautiful!

From start to finish this company did an excellent job cleaning our residential windows. Scheduling was easy and we received a phone call on the day of our appointment telling us they were on their way. They were on time, we counted each window and they started working immediately. I appreciated that they took the same care as a homeowner would if they were cleaning their own windows.
Before leaving, we asked them to walk the job with us and they did. When we noticed areas that needed to be touched up they took care of it, which we appreciated immensely.
Honore and his staff were courteous and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone in our neighborhood.

I first bought a Groupon for my own house 4 years ago and never used it. I decided to call after 2 years of my purchase and they honored it. I flip houses and have used many companies and so far Ray and his team are the only folks that I have used that know how to clean not only windows but screens as well. Awesome Job!!! I now use them for all my renovated houses and they are at my job site within a day of my call. Ray is great and is providing an incredible customer service to my business. I would highly recommend them especially if you are looking to build a relationship not only use them for one time deal.

I have used Ray and his staff for our window washings and Christmas lights for the last three years and have always been very pleased. The pricing is very fair and the quality of work is excellent. They have always arrived either right on time or a few minutes early for my appointments. I would highly recommend using their services.

Ray with What A View is very reliable, responsive, and his prices are very reasonable. My clients were rushing to get their home on the market, and his company came out within 48 hours and washed the windows and completed a deep cleaning throughout the whole house. Ray and staff are always extremely prompt and do an excellent job cleaning our windows. He and his staff are also very polite and accommodating to my busy schedule. They have been cleaning my windows for over a year and more than six times. We live near the ocean and the windows get covered in soot and salt and the building is three and ½ stories and they get the job done.

We had 22 windows to clean and some were very very dirty. They were on time and polite and fast. They scrubbed the windows, some a couple of times to get them clean. Fernando and Pablo did a great job and even redid two windows that I thought could be better but it turns out they couldnt be better. (Turns out they were paint spray from some other project) I will use them again and recommend to others.

We have a rental in CA. It was in need of some major cleaning. I called a few companies and this one, What a View Window Cleaning offered me an appointment with in the week and time frame I needed. I am very very happy with the work that was done by the crew who came out. I explained what I needed as this is a two story home with high peaks and I needed to make sure the person who took my call knew that. All my screens were removed and cleaned, the windows were all cleaned. I am very happy with everything that was done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a window cleaning service. The prices was more than reasonable, they showed up when they said they would. I will be using this company again in the future. Thank you for all you did.

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a groupon and scheduled but they never showed up and didn’t call. When I called back they made no effort of right their wrong. Now. Months later, they still spam my phone with text messages advertising their service. They won’t stop sending them or remove my name. I even called and the jerk who answered said he doesn’t know how to stop the texts. BE AWARE! STAY AWAY!

I too bought a GroupOn and had What a View default on me. They did not show up for their scheduled appointment and never returned my calls. I finally did receive a full refund from GroupOn. For almost 2 years this company continued to email and text me despite request to be deleted from their data base. Finally yesterday I had enough after one more text so I called them and the owner answered the phone. I threatened to report them to whatever agency governed unsolicited calls and the man on the phone proceeded to apologize not only for the unwanted texts and emails, but for the problem with the GroupOn. He told me that their business was oversold with that GroupOn and they could not possibly manage all the business. He felt bad that their company had gotten such a bad reputation due to that. He went on to say that they are managing all their business now without difficulty and he did not want me to continue to have such a bad opinion of therm. He made me an offer to come out and make it right by me. I allowed him to send a truck and his workers. Pablo, Oshay and Handy showed up promptly at the schedule time and proceeded to courteously and professionally clean all my windows. They were even able to replace some screens that were worn out. They did an EXCELLENT job. Okay you guys… s— happens, give them another chance, you won’t be sorry.

Do not purchase a coupon for this company. My husband has been trying for over a month to schedule and appointment. He spoke with the owner two weeks ago, who said he could not do anything… the problem was with his staff at the call center. Really? When he finally was able to get an appt, it was for today at 1pm. At 2:30, my husband called the owner, who claimed he was in a meeting and couldn’t handle my husband’s concerns. We are now contacting Groupon to get a full refund for our money.

Found Ray and crew very professional and easy to work with. Not only did the do a fantastic job on our windows in Fountain Valley but they also cleaned a bathtub that looks brand new as well as re-​screened our slider. Fantastic job!

This place doesn’t deserve a SINGLE star. I’ll try to be concise and to the point.
Girlfriend bought a groupon to clean windows for our tenant in a mulit-​story condo.
First appointment they said, «They couldn’t find the place.» That was after them being booked for over a month. My answer to that; GPS, Google maps, MapQuest, call ask for directions etc… they are a business, how do they find any of their locations??? Waist of our tenant’s time.
Second appointment they say, «We don’t know how to disassemble the windows to clean them.» My question to that; why are you in the business of doing something you don’t know how to do, why can’t you get on a ladder, and why didn’t you send someone who could since we described the windows in the first place.
Third appointment. Owner comes out, breaks the window and hides it. Several weeks later the tenants find out the windows barely open, the spings are hanging out of window and it won’t stay up. There is no way this person had no idea they broke the window. These are extremely expensive double sound proof windows because the condo is located across from a metrolink/​amtrak station.
I call and talk to them. The owner first tells me to call the manufacturer of the windows. Why??? You broke them. He says, «I’m too busy to look at them for a few weeks.» I make an «appointment» to repair my windows he broke. Lo and behold… he doesn’t show. Called and left a message, no reply.
End result, I will have to have someone else repair the window and take «What a View Window Cleaning» to small claims with our infinite amount of time to deal with this. However, I am gonna give them one more opportunity to repair the window first.
Bottom line:
NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE «WHAT A VIEW WINDOW CLEANING.» Wanted to be sure and type their name so you know I am not making a mistake. If for some reason they rectify this situation very soon, I will write a review about it. At this point, they are not even bating zero.
