Miracle Home Improvements is a family owned business which provides in house installation of Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors, Decks, Skylights, Gutters/​Leaders. Our business works on a NO MONEY DOWN policy (jobs under $ 20,000.00), which is unheard of in this industry. This gives our homeowners the security that the job contracted out for will be done with the utmost professionalism and care, and in a timely fashion.

Our sales team starts with the owners (Robert and Mary Sniffen) actually going out to do the estimates, and are hands on the project from the beginning to the end. Customer satisfaction is our NUMBER ONE priority. Estimates are free, so give us a call!

History

Established in 1999.

Robert and Mary Sniffen, owners of Miracle Home Improvements, started their unique and fast growing business in the basement of their home in 1999. Robert started from the ground up. At a young age, he found that he had a gift in this trade, and became an installer and carpenter. He has trained many understudies throughout the years, and all with his vision of perfection as to how things should get done. Mary Sniffen has a degree in Business, as well as Sports Psychology, and found this very useful in starting up a business. After graduate school, Mary found a job at Harvey Building products, and found that she had a «niche» for design in the remodeling industry. She became affiliated with all products used in their business, as well as the knowledge of how the products are manufactured. The combination of Robert and Mary’s expertise has led them to have one of the most successful Home Improvement Company in the area; they have come a long way from their basement!

It is difficult these days to find many endearing qualities in a business owner. So many are about the almighty dollar; Robert Sniffen is unlike the rest. He is open, honest and has integrity. When out on a roof estimate, he will be the first one to tell a potential client that their roof is fine, and there is no need to waste money on a replacement. Will he lose a job? Yes, however the homeowner will always remember the honesty he put forth when they finally do need work done!

Robert is all about perfection– and customer satisfaction. He will not tolerate any work done that has any shortcomings. He has hired all in house workers, (most have been with the company for over 11 years), and excpects each job that they do to be completed to the highest standards. He is kind and patient with homeowners, and cares a great deal about making his clients happy.
