We received a broken Mobi Cam DXR Touch for a baby shower gift. After many left messages to Mobi Technologies I spoke to a customer service manager who told me if I assumed the expense of the returned camera and gave him the purchase info (He would except the date of purchase from the shower registry because it was a gift we didn’t have the receipt) He would accept the damages and send us a new camera under the mobi warranty.
2 Months went by and I got no response. I called him 6 times over two weeks before sending him an email and I finally got a response from him telling me the warranty wouldn’t be upheld. I asked him 5 times to put me in touch with his manager but he refused only repeating himself. Finally I called in and got to the Vice President who only made the situation worse by backing up the decision (she didn’t have all the information, kept speaking over me and kept me on speaker phone the whole time). They tried to put the burden of the broken camera back on me and then the retailer telling me just the opposite of what the cs manager originally committed to doing.
I’m out of patience for this company! All the reviews seem to show the product is inferior and much cheaper products work better. They are peddling broken products and denying the warranty. I think the public deserves to know this company is not trust worthy!
