House of Miracles started out in Tom Brown House it was a Miracles that he could paint cars in the garage. That’s how the name and business of House of Miracles got its start started. We have and always be family ran and operated.

Rus got his start as detailer before coming to work for his father as a estimator when House of Miracles first opened it doors. Rus has done everything he could to make every customer feel like there part of the family. He treats every person like family and every car as his own. His hard work really shows when you come down here, from his friends. He knows that having to get your car repaired can be stressful, he tries his hardest to make this as painless and stress free.

This is by far the best auto body collision repair shop in the world. From the amazing front office to the dedicated workers. I also love that this is a family owned and run business. I was so pleased with the work completed on my vehicle that I’ve referred family members their, only to express the same enthusiasm as me. There is not a better feeling in the world than knowing your vehicle is in good hands. My review and my rating doesn’t even begin to explain how great Chris and Rusty are. My mini cooper got injured last week. I took it to House of Miracles this morning. The plastic cap separated from the frame because one of the clips is broken. Rus/​Ross (not sure how to spell) rearranged the clips and put the plastic cap back and it’s as good as new! He didn’t even charge me any money. This is my first time there and I would go again if my mini cooper gets injured again but I hope not :) He’s super nice and I highly recommend.

I highly recommend House of Miracles for outstanding quality of their repairs, strong communication skills, friendly, knowledgeable staff, plus competitive pricing My car was recently hit in a parking lot at the local park where someone backed into it causing a large dent in left rear side and cracked rear taillight. I’m the type that does my research, so I took my car to four South Bay firms highly rated by local non-​profit firm
and obtained estimates, which ranged from $ 4K to $ 7K with House of Miracles having the most competitive bid. House of Miracles was the only shop that stated that they only used original factory parts to ensure high quality repairs and provided the most information during inspection. After deciding to use them, they contacted me to confirm the work to be done and the time it would take and gave me the contact information for two local rental companies with whom they had competitive rental rates and who would pickup and dropoff at House of Miracles (this was standard at other collision firms as well). It was a seamless experience, and the car came out looking perfect (I could not even tell where they had feathered the paint in, even when you sight down the line of the car — really high quality job). House of Miracles is now my go-​to place for auto body repair!

There is almost nothing more upsetting than an auto accident. The people at House Of Miracles are kind, caring and professional. They go to the extreme trying to make an unpleasant situation as easy and smooth as possible and do an excellent job of repairing the damage so that your vehicle looks brand new. Incredible. This place truly lives up to its name of a «House of Miracles.» Been taking my cars here for years and never once been disappointed by the product or price. This place is a complete ripoff. All those 5 star reviews, LOL.
One 2013 Prius rear bumper scratch, sized about a CD got quoted for $ 1803. This was for FIXING it, not replacing the whole bumper.
SAM BROWN, the «damage assessor», quoted 18.3 hours of labor at $ 80/​hr and $ 260 for materials. You have got to be kidding me.
They have also made a «cash» discount if I don’t go through insurance — $ 1600. Got if fixed at another shop for $ 430. (which also has 5* on Unilocal.)
TLDR: They fix small scratches for $ 1.8k.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I stopped by to see if they could repair my broken side mirror and they were more than willing to help right then and there. They fixed it on the spot for free! They easily could of told me I had to replace the whole mirror instead of just re-​arranging a part to make it still work. But they were able to push it in place with a clip to where it would stay and still function! I was beyond happy with their honesty and willingness to help and service. So happy to find a place I can trust and know will take care of me in the future. Definitely recommend!

I’ve taken two of my mangled Chevys to House of Miracles: the first time my 2006 Equinox in 2011 or so, and the second my 2013 Cruze just last week. Both times I had extensive contact with both Rus and Julie, who are as friendly as they are competent and honest.
There’s something to be said about a business (especially in the auto industry) that gives you an estimate and then bends over backwards to stay true to it even in the face of slightly more work. I also appreciate being given a realistic timeline for when the work will be completed instead of being told it will be done on one date and having that pushed back 2 or 3 times.
Considering the amount of work that went into fixing up both of these cars, the turnaround time of 3 days is pretty remarkable. The quality of work, ease of communication and reasonable prices make this place a sure bet for any body work you may have. I’ve now driven away from their lot with two cars that looked like they just rolled off the assembly line. I can’t recommend House of Miracles enough.

I went to get an estimate to salvage a badly damaged Toyota Prius. Russ and Chris told me honestly all the reasons why trying to save the car would be a bad idea. I appreciate their looking out for my best interest, even though they could have just taken my money and worked on the car. I’ve never been this happy with an auto-​body shop before.

I was referred to House if Miracles by my insurance company after someone backed into my 2012 Ford Focus, putting a big dent in the rear quarter panel and deep scratches in my bumper. I was concerned about the car looking the same after it was repaired, and I was sure they couldn’t exactly match the white metallic paint. I am blown away at how great the car looks now, it’s as if nothing ever happened. Great job and I will go back to HOM for all my auto body needs.

I had some scratch on side of my old Volkswagen and was very regretful and unhappy about my carelessness since a few days. I found House of Miracles on Unilocal since every review is very positive.
Since I am new to drive, I don’t know what this kind of repair would cost. The House of Miracles staffs offered me to fix my car touch-​up painting FOR FREE. Within 2 Minutes, all scratch are gone, which is way beyond my expectation.

House of Miracles is staffed by super nice people with tons of integrity. After my experience with them last week, in which I needed a spoiler reattached, I would never bring my car anywhere else. You won’t get overcharged, and the work here is done to the highest standards.
It’s generally scary to need autobody work, since it’s an industry overrun by sketchy people looking to cut corners. You won’t find any of that nonsense going on at Tom’s House of Miracles. Rus, the shop manager, is a stand up guy who’ll deliver on his promises and charge you a fair price for top quality work.

Thank you to Unilocal for helping us find House of Miracles. Due to the great reviews, we took our car here to get some scratches fixed. For a very reasonable price, House of Miracles worked some major magic and our car came back like new. They even went out of their way to fix some other scratches that weren’t even part of our quote (and they didn’t charge us any extra).

So I’m driving to Trader Joe’s in Los Altos to buy some drinks for my parents’ Christmas party. I park my car, walk away, and next thing you know BOOM! I turn around and walk back to where I thought I heard the sound come from just to see what happened and if everyone’s okay.
Well, it turns out that an old man who was parking in the space next to mine, accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake and hit the right side of my car. Luckily he didn’t hit it that hard, but there was still damage to the rear passenger door. My dad went to this place once before for another issue, so we took it here again (the old man’s insurance paid for everything since it was his fault). They ended up having to replace the door, and it took them about three weeks for them to get things fixed due to them being busy as it is, as well as them having to find a certain part that was not available at first.
Nonetheless, I was very impressed with their work. They called us when they were done, and my dad and I went to pick up the car. Not only was the damage completely fixed, but they also took the time to wash and polish the car for free. Now that’s just amazing. Not only that, but the people who run the place are probably some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Russ, especially, told me as I left to «have a wonderful, wonderful day».
If I ever am involved in a car accident again, I know where to go!
