History

Established in 1989.

Delight and Bob Sittman purchased their first rental property in 1984 and have been collecting rent and managing properties ever since. Delight became a real estate agent in the late 80’s and began managing not only her own properties but her client’s properties as well. Eventually DMS Property Management was created and the business began to flourish. Delight now works with her daughter Nicole who is also a licensed Realtor, and son Robert Sittman III who is the manager of the ever growing 100 unit portfolio.

They pride themselves in using the most advanced technology in filling, maintaining, and managing their properties as well as providing a personalized service that can only be found within a small family business.

Manager

Robert Sittman is the general manager of DMS Property Management. Robert is committed to utilizing the most advanced technology in every aspect of the business. He understands that property owners want to be informed of what is happening with their properties. That is why he always sends them a detailed monthly statement with invoices, videos of their property when a tenant moves in or out, and emails when maintenance needs to be done on their property. He also checks up with them from time to time to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
