KQ Elements

Jayden and the whole KQ Elements crew are complete professionals! I had hired them for my wedding and they went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone came up to me and told me how beautiful my flowers were. Jayden had also decorated the aisle with my husband and mine initials and decorated our Chuppah! They also provided the flowers for our wedding cake. I was thinking of doing the flower arrangements myself since I’ve done them before but decided to go with KQ Elements after seeing them at a bridal show and so happy that I did that! I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Jayden has great sense of fashion and design. My husband and I booked him for our wedding, & he was very patient with us. My huband has a difficult time expressing what he wants at times, yet Jayden was willing to work it through to understand what my husband wanted. Jayden took the time to hear our wants and needs and made it happen to our liking. He and his team worked well together. My husband and I grew close to him and adore him very much. Jayden is a great person.

A lot of this review is of Jayden specifically, but just know that his entire crew are awesome, hard working, and dedicated individuals who will make sure that your wedding/​event is indeed a special day.
Friendly and Passionate:
From our initial meeting, Jayden made us feel welcomed and treated us like we were old friends rather than as a salesman trying to sell his services. He is very passionate and walked us through all the services he offered. We ended up going with the all inclusive package and agreed to an extra fee for making sure it was Jayden that would be with us through the entire process.
Above and Beyond:
I’m not sure if Jayden knew what he was getting into with us, but because we are a multicultural couple, we have a multicultural and multilingual situation between families. This posed an issue for my wife and I, mainly because her parents’ english is very limited so communication between both sets of parents was difficult. Jayden saw how stressed we were and assured that he would take care of it. He was able to take both sides into consideration and helped us to finalize a plan for the wedding. In this situation it was a lot easier to have a third party handle this, rather than trying to convince each other why it should be this way or that way.
Jayden definitely went above and beyond the responsibilities of a wedding planner, and his help with the language barrier didn’t end there. He was always there whenever the families had to get together so that he could help if translation was needed and also to make our families comfortable with him and his team.
Knowledgeable and Organized:
Needless to say, this is definitely what you want in an event planner. There are so many things that go into planning a wedding/​event and it requires knowledge that only comes with experience. Thank goodness for Jayden. There are many things that we wouldn’t have given a second thought or would’ve overlooked, but he did a great job walking us through the process and giving us a schedule of exactly by what date we needed to do things. He really made things easy for us, and I like things that are easy and stress free (I’m sure you do too). He had a dedicated binder for us and kept all our vendor contracts, estimates, invoices, etc. He also kept track of our expenses to make sure we were on budget and took care of little expenses through an «expense account» we setup with him so that we wouldn’t need to run to his showroom with a check every time a purchase needed to be made for our wedding (very convenient and definitely a time saver).
Creative and Artistic:
I, personally, don’t like doing what everyone else does… after awhile every wedding looks the same. He showed us pictures of his previous work and explained how we could do it differently, or how we could come up with something new. Knowing our budget, he always approached us with ideas in different price brackets. He suggested where we should invest more, and where we could get away with saving a few bucks while still getting the desired outcome. Some details may not be as important to one person but very important to the next, so it was nice that he presented all options and let us have the final decision on where to spend and where to save.
An example of this is the guest photos at our wedding where the bride and groom take group photos with guests as they arrive and these photos are printed and used as thank you cards. Jayden knew we wanted something unique and different and came up with his lounge idea. Jayden and his crew used a combination of sofas, tables, floral arrangements, candles, various accessories, fabrics, lighting, and imported handmade wooden flowers to make a lounge or living room type setting (it was very beautifully put together and definitely made an impression with the guests — I still hear comments about it until this day). What I like the best is that instead of standing in a row, guests could choose to either sit or stand giving the pictures an added dimension and a more intimate feel. Also, every picture didn’t look exactly the same, so everyone’s personalized thank you cards were truly personalized.
The centerpieces were beautiful pieces that Jayden was able to design to incorporate our favorite flowers and give it an island feel. He had many ideas about how to make the venue pop, through the use of centerpieces with different heights and clever positioning of lighting to create a virtual sense of a center aisle without physically sectioning it off. The sweetheart table setup was more than words could describe, and the cake table and surrounding area were just crazy beyond my expectations.
To be honest, it was a perfect day for us. With Jayden and the crew at KQ Elements, expect to be wowed and have your expectations exceeded. A special thank you to Jayden and his staff who truly did a spectacular job and gave us a day filled with special memories that will last us a lifetime.

I’ve been working with KQ on many of our liquor client’s events. He gets things done, very straight forward, creative, and has the prettiest setup. I’m so happy we found him as our event planner. More events soon!

Jayden’s flower arrangement on our wedding day was amazing and beautiful! We are very delighted with his creation. We love everything ! It was really a great experience working with him. Our family has an annual July 4^th celebration, which has been typically catered by big seafood restaurants in years past. This year however, based off the recommendation of some friends, we decided to enlist the services of KQ Elements. I’m glad to say that having their services allowed us to have the most enjoyable party we’ve ever thrown.
From the very beginning, Jayden and his staff were extremely professional and accommodating to our visions for the party. Between flower arrangements, food, or other logistics, they were willing to take care of all the details and be very flexible when our family wanted to adjust things. When we wanted a different entrée for the dinner portion of the party, they suggested different menu options and allowed us to try different dishes a week ahead of the party.
The actual day of the party went off without a hitch. The flower arrangements were tastefully done and garnered constant compliments. And although we had 100+ guests in attendance, Jayden and the rest of the staff were able to follow the itinerary and keep things running very smoothly. Despite having to deal with a small kitchen, they were precise and efficient in getting the food out to all the guests in a timely manner. Our guests exclaimed that the food was delicious– the crostinis, steak, and tiramisu being big hits in particular.
Everyone in attendance described the party as extravagant, but none of it would have been possible without the professional experience of Jayden and the staff. We’re big fans of KQ Elements now, and we can’t wait to work with them in the future!

Jayden did an exceptional job planning our same-​sex spring wedding. All the florals that they created for the ceremony and reception were spectacular. He even decorated our wedding cake down to the details we had in mind. Jayden and his team were highly organized, creative and a pleasure to work with. Jayden anticipated many of the decisions we didn’t realize we’d have to make. He was very organized about laying down options, and found many ways to make the wedding planning easier. We always looked forward to our meetings. He was in total control in coordinating with all of our vendors. He kept everything running smoothly throughout the day and had two assistants (Mashi and Tammy) who was very helpful and accomodating at everything we needed during the day of ceremony and especially the reception. We were so glad that they were a huge part of our big day! Jayden is a fantastic wedding planner and coordinator. Him and his team made our wedding a dream come true with their attention to detail. I highly recommend JAYDEN AND HIS TEAM!!! Thank you KQ ELEMENTS!!!

Jayden is awesome! He is sweet, professional and exceptionally experienced. He had helped me with my wedding ceremony at a temple. I didn’t even prepare a thing for this morning. All I know was waking up at 5am to get my make-​up done and be at temple at 8am. By the time I got there, he was already there and got everything arranged. My entire families, friends and I were clueless. We just listened to his guide and got through the ceremony without a flaw!!! Then, at my wedding reception, he said my candy section looked plain. He asked my sister to get some blue food coloring and dry ice from the closely supermarket. How simple! He revived the scene! The blue water was bubbling with some orchids floating on top. I was ABSOLUTELY pleased!!! I highly RECOMMEND Jayden to everyone…

Jayden was the wedding planner and florist for my wedding on 1÷18÷2014. I am very greatful to have him through out my planning process. I am a very indecisive bride, and with constant changes, Jayden was able to put up an amazing, and unforgettable event for us. He was with me through each stage of the planning, from dress picking, venue selection, cake tasting… he has great sense of humor and amazing personality. I would highly recommend Jayden and his team to anyone.

Jayden was the florist for my wedding, which was held on the boat in Newport Beach (electra cruises). He and his team transformed the simple, empty space on the boat into a beautiful, elegant, and romantic place for my ceremony, dinner, and dance floor. I like his creativity and intuition as he’s a good listener and in tune with the flowers and style that reflected my personality. When I was looking for wedding flowers and designs, I had no idea what I wanted, but Jayden after talking and interacting with me, suggested flowers and arrangements that reflected mine and my husband’s style.
I agree with one of the reviewers that Jayden has a great sense of humor. He’s personable and professional. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Jayden and his team any day! Not only was he professional, his creativity and passion for what he does makes it so easy to work with him. This was a huge plus during the craziness of wedding planning! There were a few details I very specifically wanted, and others I hadn’t even thought of (which thankfully he had covered). He will definitely be my first pick for any future events!

We had him for our wedding in Albuquerque, NM. The work turned out to be more than my expectation, very very beautiful and not only me but my guests loved it. He is a professonal and talented florist that will be able to translate your words to products that you want. Plus, he has experience working off-​site if you want a wedding out of town. Highly recommend.
