I walked in the store and I immediately thought WOW this store is really clean and tidy and well kept. NOYLIN was the sweet girl who made my sandwich. She made my sandwich perfectly, it was beautiful — really a work of art. She was super friendly and an awesome friend. I hope to see NOYLIN again! MONICA is the store manager and she works super hard… I could tell… She was moving around, making sure everything was stellar… making sure everything was high standards. I didn’t have any problem with my order, but if I did, I KNOWMONICA would have made it right. This subway location… really reminded me of a TEAM. Everyone doing his her part… Everyone caring about each other… Championship level Subway.

This is my go-to spot during my lunch breaks! I’ve had rather bad experiences in the past with this food chain at different locations. This location is the exception and it’s the workers or sandwich artists that work there that make the difference. 2 employees in particular Angel and Rebecca are both very attentive and always make my sub perfect and fresh. I work in customer service and it’s always important to feel welcomed and to leave satisfied. Angel and Rebecca should both be promoted!!! No complaints!!!

Today is 9⁄19 around 12pm. What a so terrible owner, employees!!! We took a call from owner on 9⁄16. He said he didn’t get to call about us from manager that time.(9/7) She showed us to called owner front us. She was lied to us. He said sorry and he asked «What do you need anything? We talked him refund. Owner said come store now. We said to him we can go on this weekend. On 9/19, We talked to employee to come to get refund She talked only $ 11.not include tax, drink. I said to her«we spoke him about refund» We didn’t rude to her. But she yelled, screamed to rude in front people. We were so is feel uncomfortable Owner came store even don’t said«HI», started to spoke, his finger pointed to my husband, he acted scolded children. I asked him be nice.“we are customer« My husband said to him stop talk and give us refund. we keep Unilocal. Instantly he yelled and kick us refund. I will never go to subway. OWNER, EMPLOYEE played us fool around again.

Came in for a quick salad before an appointment nearby. Nice helper who made the salad. She was friendly and fast. One other couple was at a table. Suddenly a man walks in with a raised voice arguing with this couple. I thought how rude for someone to bring their dispute to a place of business. Then I noticed this man was wearing a gray Subway shirt and was the Manager/Owner. He continued to argue and open the door and told the couple to leave. VERYUNCOMFORTABLE and never even approached me as a customer to apologize. He acted like I was not there which turns out as a premonition for him as I will never be there again…

Walked out. Waited in line only to watch about 5 flies crusing around in the food area. Landing on the roast beef and cheese and stuff. Also sitting on a sandwich this poor man was waiting for while it sat there. Gross!!!

Came here yesterday to order 3 sandwiches. I was the ONLY person there with 3 workers behind the counter. The guy was so incredibly slow and confused that I had to keep repeating my simple order to him. He made the sandwiches one at a time and piled all the ingredients only in the center of each sandwich. He was moving so slowly that eventually 5 other people came in and another worker helped THEM and rung them up ahead of me. I don’t think the a/c was working in there either which only made it worse. Bad experience to say the least. …

I just recently discovered the kids menu here! 3-inch sandwich with mustered, avocado, lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, onions, tomato, and a chicken breast! You get a choice between Choc. Milk, or juice. A bag of chips, and it comes with a cookie!!! =O

Warning: do NOT come to this Subway if you’re in a rush, even if the store is empty. This is possibly the slowest Subway I’ve ever been to. I had 20 minutes before I had to be in the office this morning, so I figured why not get a breakfast sandwich and start the morning right. I was almost late because it took them 15 minutes to make my simple flatbread order. It’s not acceptable considering there were 3 workers behind the counter and only 2 customers(including me) present in the store. The staff that was preparing my order disappeared to the back for a few minutes, in the middle of making my order. In the end, I opted not to add any veggies or condiments because i didn’t want to be late for work. If I want to spend 15 minutes making a breakfast sandwich, I would have done it at home.

I like this Subway a lot more than the one on Los Alamitos Blvd. The workers seem nice enough, and my sandwich usually tastes just the way it should. I also like the fact that it’s in the same parking lot complex as Coldstone, not that you really need that much gluttony in one day.

I try not to come here during peak lunch hours because it line is long and it usually takes 15 – 30 mins of wait time to finally get to the counter and order your sandwich. Even when I time myself to not go during 12−1pm, there seems to still be a line still. ugh. It would be nice if the staff wasn’t so ready to rush you to the cash register and take time to actually put stuff on the sandwich. Sometimes when its busy, they rush and the sandwich ends up messy and my sandwich falls apart =( Today, there was even a fly buzzing around and the staffers weren’t even trying to get the fly away or anything. Then it landed on my sandwich! Grr. So I had to politely ask to get new bread because the fly landed on my sandwich. They changed it of course, but gross! And the fly was still buzzing around. The lady behind me was talking to me about it too saying they should do something bout the fly cause it’s flying and landing all over the place. I’m not sure if it landed on the condiments. but if it did … =\ They’re no longer doing their 5 dollar footlong deal on all the sandwiches. They’re only continuing on some of the more popular ones, so I guess thats kind of a good thing. Overall, cheap sandwiches. May not be the best quality overall. but when you’re on a budget. it works.
