On eBay, I won a 1990 Batman movie poster that was alleged to have Prince’s authentic signature although I couldn’t find online anything (Prince’s signature) similar to the signature on the poster, but the poster is stunning and arrived in excellent condition, so if you’re looking to be a customer of «The Frame Maker» and you don’t live within traveling distance (even across the country as I do in Florida), you can buy with confidence that your artwork will be well packaged and arrive undamaged.

My husband and I were looking to frame our bathroom mirror so we started calling around and visiting different frame shops for quotes. Luckily a local glass shop recommended the framemaker. My husband and I both called at separate occasions to ask questions and chuck was very patient and invited us to stop by. He was very helpful and had reasonable prices with a quick turn around. He was able to give is different frame options for our budget which was great. We placed our order a few days later and picked it up today. He did a great job and definitely would come back again for another frame. Thanks again!

I have a very bad experience with this store the owner was very rude and so disrespectful ! I told him his price is kind of high and if he can do better !!? He almost kicked me out of the store, so bad he lost my business and good luck with this kind of poor customer service !!

Just picked up 4 pieces of artwork I had framed. They turned out even better than I thought they would. Custom framing is always on the pricey side however I paid hundreds less than another (nearby) place I went to for a quote. His prices are fair and work is precise and high quality.

All of my framing has been done at The Frame Maker at 5014 Ball Road in Cypress perfectly, reasonably priced, as requested, professionally, and on schedule as repeat business. My 5-​Star experience may be different because I only want the best products and services and I lack the time to find the place/​person willing to accept the lowest price. I bought a suit for $ 200 that required too many free alterations where stitching kept coming apart. I went to Neiman-​Marcus and bought an expensive suit that has lasted 20 years with no alterations, embarrassing moments, and time-​consuming trips. That experience changed my thinking.

Chuck made three custom mirror frames for my home remodel project. Also framed several pictures. Always top notch work made to order. He even suprised me with a beautiful wood box velvet lined that was a perfect match to the mirror burl frames. Very cool! I will be back.

I came in here last week to get some mat boards cut for my interior design project. Since i was in school, i already knew the ballpark of what my mat boards should cost because our teacher told us the pricing and also upon talking to my classmates. This guy quoted me $ 200 when its only supposed to be between $ 70-​$ 120! I immediately got out of there and then went to Aaron Brothers to get a quote. They ended up doing the same exact cutting for me for $ 80. This guy really needs to get a reality check on his pricing, especially in today’s economy, i def suggest shopping around for a price quote if your actually considering getting work done at this store.

Needed an estimate for a damage claim on an already framed painting that had come apart during shipping. Wonderful owner offered to put everything back together for free. He masterfully reassembled the mats, picture, etc. and threw in a new backing board too while I watched. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I’d definitely return for any future framing needs.

I ordered a poster online and wanted to get it framed. I didn’t really know where to go, so I Unilocaled on my phone and saw some places which were a couple miles away. But when I was driving home, I saw this place out of the corner of my eye so I pulled in to the parking lot and brought the poster inside. The owner greeted me, he was friendly and professional. After taking some measurements and deciding on a metal frame with glass, he recommended that I take advantage of the special they were having, which is normally 59.99 for aluminum with glass. Since my poster measured 22×28, he gave me a ten dollar discount, so the final price was 49.99. He gave me a lead time of around one week, and said I could pay when I come to pick up the product. Exactly one week later, he called me and let me know the poster was ready. It came out perfect, and he wrapped it for protection (that’s what she.), received payment, and sent me on my way. A special hanger was included as well to mount the poster, which was a thoughtful touch. I was very pleased with the service and product, and supporting small business is always a plus.

A little on the expensive side for me but they do excellent work here. I would recommened it to all of yous!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! I came here with the possibility of letting this guy frame a Mother’s day present. So what happen? I asked the guy for a quote. He gave me a quote for around $ 40 to just frame the picture and it would take a week. So after I decided that was too much and I kindly thanked him for his time. THEN, that is when things went bad. He told me, «Here let me write this quote down, so when you go to the other places you will know the price is better here… the prices are only going to up from here.» I smiled gave him ‘the look’ and walked out. I am not sure how this guy stays in business!
Went to Aaron Brothers, got the frame I needed that same day and payed less than half!
