Daniel came to my place within 20 minutes. He was very professional and also extremely efficient in unlocking my door. He could provide good customer service, as well as very knowledgeable with locks. Price is very reasonable, and he did duplicate my key for free. Really appreciate his helps and recommends him to people who needs a locksmith.

Like a dumbass, I locked my keys in the car again. At a movie theater, again. So I checked Unilocal and found this locksmith. Daniel was here in 20 minutes, as estimated. He was into my car very quickly. He was courteous and friendly, and I highly recommend this service. Especially as this all happened at 1 am.

Daniel helped me unlock a 200 year old Antique desk (whose key could not be duplicated easily) .He had to order a new tool to get this done. He then proceeded to make me a new lock and key .Very helpful. Knowledgeable .Very patient.Reliable.Will surely recommend him .And use his services again.

After locking my keys in the car; I called to get a qoute, the price was reasonable. After agreeing to use their company a guy showed up just 15 minutes later. A guy introduced himself as Danny proceeded to unlock my car quickly and proffesionally. Paid in cash, should I ever be stuck locked out of my house or car I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Danny and Alex were great! I hired them for two jobs within a week. They were quick, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and cost-​effective. I asked them to replace the locks throughout one of my abandoned rental properties — it was a tough job, as my tenants had left the house in a complete mess. Danny and Alex approached it with a positive attitude and even offered to help me with cleaning up the mess. Really stellar guys! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I called Daniel to come over to my new home to change my locks so the previous tenants couldn’t get in if they tried. He replaced the locks and doorknobs to brand new ones that are of much higher quality. Daniel is professional and friendly. I’m glad he was able to make it over on a Saturday morning. I’m happy with the service and I will continue to do business with his company.

I’m a patient person— as in I wouldn’t mind hanging at the DMV or in and out drive thru line because I can easily pop open my kindle but after 40mins of waiting, I followed through with a phone call for this man’s whereabouts.
It’s absolutely unprofessional if your CLIENT has to be the one to follow up, especially when you’re over an hour late.
TIP: Use CASH or else it’s a «10%» card fee although the he’s using square, which only deducts 3% of every sale.
Also, in order to get the 10% off, you have to write a review in his presence, which is probably why he has an almost pristine five star rating.
Did he get the job done? Yes, but I’d rather get someone else with clear and thorough communication.

This service really helped me out when I was in a jam. I locked my keys in my car at the mall, and was basically stranded. I called a few places and didn’t like the prices I was hearing so attempted to unlock my door myself using a hand shovel and the wire from a spiral bound notebook. Unfortunately my attempts were futile. After hearing my situation, Daniel, the locksmith employee lowered his rates to give this broke college student a break and was also kind enough to give me a 15% discount for my next inevitable lockout. The service was quick and painless. Cost me 80 dollars all together, but with the speed he got to me and the speed of the service, it was definitely the best deal I had come across in my frantic search. Good service, good attitude, good deal.

Daniel helped me upgrade the security of my existing locks. For $ 405 ($ 125/​lock + $ 35 service fee), Daniel added pins to my 3 locks to make them harder to pick. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the locks work. The only downside is that it is not very easy to set an appointment as Daniel is in San Francisco and busy.

I have a tendency to lose items when I go out, keys included. Usually my roommate is around to let me in; however, this time she was out of town. It was late at night, and I was stranded in outside my apartment and shivering because Karl the Fog had rolled in. I resorted to Unilocal to find a locksmith and called two companies but they didn’t pick up. Then I called Lock Genius Solutions and not only did they pick up, they had someone at my apartment in 18 mins. The technician, Danny, was very informative, nice and funny! He made sure to get my landlords approval, since I am a renter, via the phone (and since my landlord would not come open my apartment at 2:00 a.m. for me). Thanks for helping me out of a sticky situation!

I was visiting my family in San Jose, and was in a hurry to get back home, because I had dinner plans in San Francisco. When I got home I realized I had left my house key in San Jose! I knew I had to call a locksmith, quickly. I called Lock Genius Solutions, and was so glad I did. I called, and spoke to a young man named Daniel. He was responsive to my situation, and understood my urgency.
He unlocked my front door, and made me a spare key as I requested. He was professional, and took care of what I needed in a timely manner.
