History

Established in 1990.

Henderson Properties began when Phil Henderson took on managing some rental properties for a colleague. That turned into multiple referrals, and eventually Phil had to quite his medical equipment sales business to pursue property management full time. Customers appreciated Phil’s management style so much that they insisted he manage a condo association. That grew into the HOA Management Division. Soon after, the Maintenance Division was developed to provide more reliable maintenance service for the the management clients. In recent years, Henderson Properties added a residential real estate sales division.

Henderson Properties grew out of referrals from colleagues, friends, and others. Phil had to make a choice one day whether to continue in medical equipment sales, or pursue real estate services. He then acquired his real estate licenses for both North Carolina and South Carolina, and the business has grown every year since its inception in 1990.
