On Tuesday, Feb 17th, 2015, I called 16⁄7 taxi for a ride from the Oak Tree Plaza (Covell and Pole line) to West Davis. I called an hour before the pick up time and was guaranteed a pick up time of 9:45 am. The taxi was late by 15 min, which was crucial for me. I called two more times before he actually arrived. Also, he took a long way to my distention, instead of going to West Davis via the Covell Boulevard, he turned right to Pole Line then onto 8th and only then, after I turned on my GPS, went back on to Covell. I ended up being late and paying an unjustified high price. Will never use them again!
