Yasir was super friendly and up front with estimate on cost to the airport from where I lived. He was pretty spot on give or take a couple bucks which was pretty impressive. Super easy going driver who will provide you a fun and engaging conversation if you are chatty. Also, Yasir was early as well and was very professional and courteous. He gave me a courtesy phone call letting me know he arrived already but was not pushy or demanding.
Overall, Yasir deserves a great 5 star rating due to his excellent service and wonderful demeanor and persona. A no nonsense cab driver that is on time and gets you to where you need to be. Very reliable and friendly!

Super busy 2 concert night and they showed up within 15 minutes, 5 stars!!! The driver is great very nice the only cab company to call when is super busy.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. … after asking the driver 3 times if he knew where he was going. he took me on a 15 min adventure.. When I only live 5 min away.. I would have walked but had tons of groceries.. He got on the freeway… took the wrong exit and charged me for it. i regularly pay no more than $ 12. he demanded 25. then offered to take me back to the grocery store and start over… ive never in my life experienced that much of poor customer service.. I will walk a thousand miles before calling them EVER!!!
And wheb i called to complain about the driver the operator hung un on me. wish there was another way of reporting them.

My regular cab company that I use wasn’t available the night we used this company. It took over an hour for the guy to get to our location (in town) and I did not have direct contact with the driver. I was going through a dispatcher of some sort who kept having to call me with ETA updates. Got us home safely but it wasn’t the best experience, but it also wasn’t terrible.

Yasir delivered top service again for a recent trip to Hawaii. He was on time picking us up and waiting for at the airport when returned in the late evening. As always, his van was clean, cool and comfortable. Yasir is a true professional! Thanks!

I took Pacific Cab from Sacramento Airport to my new home. I was going to my home for the first time after I leased it online. Since it was late, around 11 pm in the night, I was not able to locate the right gate of the apartment entrance. The driver had no patience in helping me. Instead he asked me to get down with my luggage (it was chilling cold outside) as he has to take next taxi call and make more money (yes he said that). As if we are using his taxi service for free!!! Later my friend staying close by came and helped me move my luggage. I will never take Pacific Cab again.

Clean, professional, reliable. Its my familys go-​to for airport service and I will keep them in my phone book for sure! No nonsense, got quoted a fee on phone and paid that amount. Nice to have something you can count on!

Always on time with a clean car and friendly drivers. I’d give them 5 Stars but come on no one is perfect. I’ll keep using them.

Got off to a rocky start– had a 4:15am pickup to take us to the airport. At around 4:25 and still no taxi, I called and the driver said he went back because the person who answered the phone didn’t order a cab. I insisted he didn’t call me and reiterated that I indeed needed a cab to the airport and had been standing outside waiting. By the time he turned around to come back and get us it was around 4:35 and we were extremely nervous about making our flight. Rather then immediately loading us in and driving us to the airport for our flight, the driver remained parked in the street intent on proving his innocence in the mixup and proceeded to search thru countless emails until he showed us where dispatch gave him the wrong phone number. We really could care less abut the why and just wanted to get to the airport and urged him to just start driving. Next we sat there while he searched thru his phone calls so he can play us the call to the wrong phone number so he could further prove that he was in fact there on time and was not at fault. Relieved that he vindicated himself and proved he wasn’t at fault, he decided to start driving and told us we had nothing to worry about. Eventually we got to the airport around 5:15 for a 5:45 flight. By the time we checked in our luggage, passed thru security and ran to the terminal we were the last to board our flight. But at least we made it! The return trip went much smoother– received a detailed email the day before about where we should exit the airport and where the driver would be. The day of the pickup they texted to confirm the appointment and reiterated where we should go, where the cab would be and even provided cab# and vehicle description. Much smoother on the back end. Overall, a positive experience and we would recommend Pacific Cab.

I use Pacific Cab for their shuttle service to and from Sacramento Airport. Yasir is always early when picking you up and always gets you to the airport in plently of time. Whenever I am going to the airport, I will always use Pacific Cab & Shuttle!

Friendly dispatch. Driver (Yasir) was early which was nice and he was also very friendly. If schedules don’t work out again I will definitely call on these guys!

We used Pacific Cab to go to Old Sac on New Year’s Eve. We specifically asked them to pick us up at 9:30 and our driver was about 15 minutes late.
Once inside, the television monitor flips down and colorful disco lights start flashing and on the screen were the latest Bollywood videos! At first, we thought we were in the «Cash Cab!» The music was blaring and lights were going, we were dancing and having a great time. When we proceeded to drive into Sac, we were stopped in traffic and all the cars around us were looking in amazement at this little cab with all the strobe lights and music blaring out.
In hindsight, we should’ve known something was happening when we saw the numerous police and ambulances going by. Little did we know that by the time we arrived in Old Sac, a shooting had occurred and the fireworks show was cancelled. We think back about our evening and agree that the Pacific Cab ride was probably one of the more memorable rides we’ve been in.

We have used Yasir at Pacific Cab for several trips to the airport. He arrives always on time, gives great service and he is so reasonable, we never want to drive ourselves to the airport every again.
3÷31÷14. Still using Yasir. So glad he got a bigger cab that can seat more people & luggage. Same great service, dependability & a wonderful person to work with.
