Josh cleaned our entire house carpeted area and we could not be more pleased. He took time to explain the entire process to me prior to starting, which allowed me to ask questions and also show him some dirty areas where the dog likes to sleep. He was very careful with furniture, he even moved a few couches to clean under them and then put them up on little blocks so the carpet could dry. The carpet looks great now. He also cleaned a couch. The color has come back to life, it looks great. If you are thinking of getting your carpets, furniture cleaned, I would call Josh, you will be pleased. We searched the internet for a carpet cleaning service and had no idea whom to select. We heard the ads on the radio and saw the many coupons available for all the different companies but were still at a loss. I selected 4 different companies and started looking at the reviews. We were most impressed with the reviews from Legacy carpet and how Josh was a second generation owner who took pride in his work. He was local here in Dublin and I felt since it was his business, he had a vested ownership and pride in the outcome. I called him and was impressed with his honest pricing. No gimmicks, simply here is what is charged per sq foot as well as the cost per each individual stair. We set an appointment time, Josh said he would call when he was on his way — which he did, and on the date he arrived on time.
Josh and I walked through my home as I explained what I wanted cleaned. He then took accurate measurements and quoted me a price based on exactly what he said he would do — square footage of the area to be cleaned and cost of the stairs. He offered two options, a deep spot cleaning for any tough stains and a protective coating if I wanted that. No gimmicks, no hidden fees. Josh was a good person and I felt he was honest and straight forward. Josh safeguarded the stair banisters and went to work. He did a very thorough job and our light colored carpets looked great. We did have him treat two spots as well as spray a protective coating on the lower stairs coming in from the garage. He explained each of the processes prior to doing them, which I thought was very nice. In the end, we are very happy with Legacy Carpet and Josh’s experience and customer service. We WILL use them again and I would recommend Legacy Carpet for anyone interested in a home carpet cleaning.

Couldn’t be happier! Josh was on time, friendly, efficient and professional. He cleaned my white carpet and sand-​colored stone tile and grout, both look better than the day we moved in. I’ve had carpets cleaned by various companies, but he took extra care to educate me on which type of products may potentially damage surfaces and should be avoided (some I was currently using — oops!) and how to properly treat future stains. I took value in his expertise. He cleaned my mother-in-law’s home and she had the same great experience. I’m recommending his services to friends and family.

WOW! We are so pleased with the service, results, and the personal care Josh took with our carpets. We called on a Thursday, had Josh at our front door on Friday morning cleaning our carpets. When we moved into our condo 3 years ago, there was stain we though was impossible to remove after several attempts. Today — it is gone and our carpets look brand new. Josh made us feel as if we were his only customers. We are now forever loyal customers and highly recommend Josh.

I rarely write reviews but when I have a fantastic service I want people to know about it! Josh was very professional over the phone and his prices were very comparable to the other companies I called. He called me before the appointment to confirm and showed up right on time, which I really appreciate. He answered all of my questions fully and was understanding of our choices of what to clean and what not to clean, he didn’t push us at all. He worked very hard while he was here and our couch and carpet look FANTASTIC! We had some big coffee stains and other various stains and marks that have set in for about 2 years and the couch now looks almost brand new. We will definitely use Josh’s service again. I would feel very comfortable having him in my home and I know that we are in good hands!

Josh cleaned two locations for me. A condo I converted to a rental and a new home I moved into. He was great with working into my schedule to make sure the condo was clean for the new tenants and also getting the new house done first so I could move in there. Not to mention he did all of this the week of Thanksgiving.
He cleaned the new location first one day then the condo the next. Kept me in the loop the entire time and was priced competitively. Carpets look amazing and he was even nice enough to leave behind furniture blocks in case I wanted to move in before the recommended drying time. Carpets were dry very quickly as Josh doesn’t leave gallons of water in your carpets like other corporate cleaners do.
Will definitely be using again and have already referred him to my grandmother, tenants and clients as well. They all have raved about his professionalism and service

Josh Adler came to my home and cleaned all my upholstered furniture.
My furniture had not been cleaned in years and I wanted someone I could trust in my home and with furniture with older fabric. He was fantastic. Josh was on time and called just a few minutes before he arrived to ensure that we were ready for him. I have several different types of fabric on my furniture and much of it is 10 years or older. He checked all the fabric and made sure that his cleaning process would not damage anything. My furniture looks bright and better than ever. He’s considerate, knowledgeable and thoughtful of us and of our home. He delivered the service at the price he quoted and never applied any pressure to purchase anything other than what I wanted.
Based on Josh’s service, I would recommend him to anyone who needed furniture, carpet cleaning or area rug cleaning!

This is the 2^nd time I have had Josh come out to clean my carpet. Like the 1^st time, my carpet was thrashed but he actually made it look GREAT! Now I don’t have to be embarrassed when my daughter, son-​in-​law, and the grandkids come for Christmas!

Josh was very professional, on time and did an amazing job on our crème colored carpets. His rates are very reasonable and worked hard until the carpets looked like new (we have two young kids and a dog that comes in occassionally and so our carpets were looking really dirty)
I’ve had really bad bait and switch experiences from other carpet companies and its not worth the hassle to try and ‘save’ some money. Great service and will definitely use his company again in the future!

I originally had my carpets spot cleaned by 4-​Star over a year ago. Since then the original owners son, Josh, has taken over and is still providing EXCELLENT service for the new company, Legacy. I had several problem areas in my condo that he took care of this morning as well as cleaning the rest of the house. He was very good and explained what the steps he would be doing the entire time. I will definitely be using Legacy for all future carpet cleanings.

Josh comes from 4 star carpet and restoration, he grew up in the business. His father retired and Josh has started his own business. I have to say, he is very personable and cares about providing a quality job.
I had 4 area rugs, he took to be serviced in a specialized facility. He also steam cleaned an area in my house, it came out very nice.
I will call Legacy in the future and also recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This company did a great job for me. Wanted to get my office carpets cleaned on
Friday so they could dry over the weekend. He showed up right on schedule. Vacuumed and cleaned my carpets quickly and the price was reasonable. I recommend this company. I believe his name was Josh. Very personable
