Don’t call here if you want a straight answer on physical therapy pricing. We couldn’t even make it to scheduling an evaluation to begin therapy because I got the run around on pricing. After being put on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up and called back and they sounded quite surprised. Then the supervisor Anika gets on the phone and gives every excuse as to why she can’t give a price range. She basically says you’ll have to start the therapy and wait for the bill in the mail. It might have been a decent place, but given the service before walking in the front door, I’ll never know.

I needed a primary doctor after moving to the area and the Emory name carried some weight. After seeing the dr. a couple times & having to follow-up multiple times on routine things from getting my prescription filled to general billing questions, I ultimately made the decision to find a different Doctor. This decision came after some horrible experiences w/the front desk and billings. The lengths I had to go to get them to do the right thing is unbelievable. The customer definitely does not come first here and I would encourage anybody to keep searching for a place that cares about not only your health, but also goes the extra mile to make you feel like you are the priority no matter what! Very disappointing to say the least.
