I don’t think all Bruegger’s Bagel Bakeries are created alike, as some I do not care much for, but I do like this one, located off of 54 in Durham near the Morrisville line. It’s pretty new for one thing, and they have a nice layout going on there. Also the employees are friendly and will get you taken care of pretty fast. I haven’t actually been there for breakfast yet, but I have been there a few times for lunch. I really like their artisan sandwiches such as pastrami and Swiss on rye. I also like that you can get a half sandwich with soup as they have really good soups also. Now I just need to try the bagels here…

Love Bruegger’s, always have, always will. I sometimes run over on Saturday mornings to pick up breakfast for my employees. It is a tight squeeze since they open at 7 and I really like to be at work by 7… so 10 minutes late for the sake of Brueggers bagels for all. This morning they had gotten in late and had no bagels ready and I couldn’t wait. They made up for it in spades! They made a mistake but more than made up for it. Kudos for exceptional customer service!

Bruegger’s makes some pretty good breakfast sandwiches though I have not been here for lunch. Well okay, maybe I have been in around lunch time on those lazy Saturday mornings but I have yet to order their lunch sandwiches. Their bagel sandwiches can be a little expensive depending on what you get. My favorite is the Smoked Salmon and I also like the Western. Now I know a bagel sandwich is relatively easy to make and that I can make them at home, but I still come here because the ingredients are so fresh and they have an amazing bagel selection. I enjoy the rosemary and sun dried tomato bagel. In addition to bagels, I like to come here for their flavored coffees such as the French toast and the Sea salt & Caramel.

I have always been a fan of their bagels. I don’t eat them often but whenever I eat them, they always taste good :) The bagels here are better than you get in Einstein Bros. If you like bagels and you haven’t given Brugger’s a chance, you should definitely stop by here.

I come to this Bruegger’s every single Saturday and am consistently happy. They always have my bagel available, the bagels are fresh, and the staff is very courteous. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed too. Love it!

Since my last review, I started coming back several months ago and there’s been a great turn around on all the negative aspects I had cited. Glad to be a happy camper once again with consistency in all the right places where they were lacking before. Once again they’ve got a great crew on board and even though there’s some turn over from time to time, it’s not as frequent anymore and they’re able to keep things running smoothly in all regards. The food is better than ever and the Everything bagels that I’m so partial to have the added bonus of putting all those wonder bits of flavor on Both sides of the bagel! Love it!

They have great customer service no question. I forgot my valet and they said just pay next time. I came next day with some tip of course. Great people

I like the Jalapeño & Cheddar Bagel with veggie cream cheese! The egg breakfast sandwich isn’t bad either! I stick to these two and not sure I’ll venture off & try the others! But if you do, let me know what you like :)

It’s bagels — probably the best in the area, but Brueggers bagels are always harder and chewier than I like. On a scale of 1 – 10, I’d give them a 7 — better than most others, but nowhere near as good as Einsteins, Noah’s, or Finagle-a-Bagel(none of which, sadly, have franchises/stores in the triangle.) That being said, if you drink coffee/tea/chai then their bottomless cup deal is a good one(IMHO)

Stopped in here last week en route to work. My sugar was low so I opted to be late and get some Bruegger’s to save me from(or for?) the day. The staff was not only fast and friendly, but careful to get my order right. God bless them for not being able to hear me well and asking me to repeat some things to get it right. My sausage, egg, and cheese bagel was done well and I finally got back on track for a good work day with those folks in the back of my mind. I’ve only been here once so I can’t comment on their regular day menu or outside of that one experience, but that was enough for me to appreciate.

As Bruegger’s goes, this one is one of the best. Nice and spacious, good, friendly staff.

This Bruegger’s location opened in fall 2010 and has been splendid since the beginning. The food is yummy and a great value. My favorite treats? The Better Bacon Cheddar(bacon, egg, cheddar, light herb-garlic cream cheese) on an Asiago Parmesan bagel or a sesame bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese. Don’t forget the coffee! I’ve spent a lot of time here lately. It almost qualifies as my home away from home. Free wi-fi is available if you have work or studying to do. The staff here is simply awesome! They greet customers with a smile and have a great sense of humor. Thanks guys for an always fabulous experience!
