We started this business as a way to honor Bills son. Kyle Cooley. He passed at the age if 16. He always wanted to be in business with his dad. So the company is named KC’S for him. We strive to provide excellent service. No job is finished until the customer is happy

Perhaps once they do the work they are great, but I never made it to that point. They stood me up TWICE. I gave them a third chance to get my business, and asked that they just swing by to look at my trees while I was at work rather than meeting me. Bill said he would come by, but I never heard from him. They wasted a lot of my time, so I took my business elsewhere.

Bill and his crew removed a massive sweetgum tree in our enclosed backyard with no vehicle access, thus instead of having a crane lift the tree over the house. Bill and another climber cut the canopy and the trunk in cross-​section pieces and lowered or expertly dropped them all carefully to not damage the tall brick wall or brick patio. Talk about deconstructing a tree! Impressive to watch and no damages. Had some other limbs cut as we have an old house and big trees. Bill and his team really know what they’re doing and have the proper equipment and expertise. Yes, we’re picky but I wanted to review Bill as I am HAPPY with the work and am enjoying the large sweetgum no longer dropping balls into the yard.

Wow! If you need any tree work done call these guys! I’m a very very picky person and could not even find a single reason to complain about the services provided for me today! These guys bend over backwards to help your tree project get done fast & affordable! Like the Nature Boy Ric Flair says ‘To be the man you got to beat the man’. When it comes to trees Bill Cooley is the man!

Bill Cooley and his crew were prompt, professional and extremely efficient. They carefully removed several very large trees, limbs overhanging the house and drive and preserved all fencing and structures without a scratch! They were careful to close gates behind themselves and did a great job cleaning up. The chips were a bonus as mulch for my puppy yard. I have already recommended Bill and crew to a coworker. Great job guys!

We had them come out and remove about a dozen trees from our yard, and trim pack a Bradford pear that had gotten too large and was in danger of splitting. They were very professional, worked very hard, and had very reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again.

We never even made it to the point where we could see the quality of their work. We were stood up twice for an estimate. Melody called once to reschedule for the following day then no one showed up that day for the estimate and our calls were not returned.
We were extremely disappointed and took our business elsewhere.

I moved to the area recently and I know who I will be calling for all of my tree services from now on! I could not have had a better experience with KS’s Trees. Bill and Melody were absolutely great to work with. They helped me with a project when no one else would even return my phone calls. Melody kept in touch with me via email to make sure that I was satisfied. Thanks again!

Could not believe how fast these folks came out and helped us!
Our Bradford Pear split in the middle of the night and half of it was blocking my driveway. KC came out and had the tree gone within 2 hours of my call on a SATURDAY! Can you believe that? Cut the tree down to the ground, ground it up and took it away for a price much, much lower than I expected.
PERFECT service.
