My name is John Picco and I have been in the industry for over 15 years. I am NATE and BPI Certified and I have just started my company and I am looking to build a customer base built on 100% satisfaction. My AC was low on freon, Alex came and did a recharge. Oh I forgot to mention that I called only a day ahead and they were able to come and get it done. I requested AC service on Home Depot online on Mon, guess when they called back? Sat, 5 days later…
Their price was reasonable and Alex was very knowledgable, even give me some tips on how to keep up my AC units.

Legacy unit have up the ghost, and had to invest in a new unit. John provided the information needed to decide on which a/​c unit — and he did it in an informative and non pushy way. I did not feel that I was being pressured into one option over another.
Once the unit was picked John and Alex installed it. The work was done in a professional manner and two weeks in there has been no issues at all with the work done. Highly recommend John if you have any HVAC needs.

For service, attention to detail, and a knowledgeable approach to an install John and Alex excel. Picco did a full replacement of heating, air conditioning and duct work in my home and I note measurable improvement for cooling in very hot weather.

Not only did he listen to our troubleshooting ideas, he was able to use them and quickly identify and repair the problem within an hour. He was very clean and mindful of our belongings. John came over to provide a quote. He was professional and attentive to my requests. He found a solution to why my room was super hot compared to the other rooms. He arrived earlier today with Alex and they were great. They changed out the duct work to a larger diameter and switched the ceiling register to a larger size. The results were terrific. Called John and left a message for a quote on a new system including ductwork on one of our properties. He called back promptly, had a quote within the week, and we set up the time for install. He was extremely fair when quoting us. He told us exactly what we would need after asking us some detailed questions. There were no hidden fees and there was no pitch either. He’s an honest guy who runs an honest business. Install was on time with no problems and here we are many months out with no problems. Never had to call him back for any issues. He and his workers are professional. In a world of many overpromised and underdelivered services, John and his company excel. Thanks John!

Picco Air Control delivered the best same day service when I was suffering from a horrible summer cold and my air conditioner decided it needed a break! I contacted many companies that would not even take my call, as I was not an existing customer. Another company informed me their soonest availability would be in 3 weeks, yikes!
However, John with Picco, worked me in that same day, which was a Saturday. The technician, Alex, saved us from the heat and the price was more than affordable.

I greatly appreciate and recommend Picco Air Control. I have had two issues in which I called Picco Air Control.
The first was two years when our AC unit was not cooling our condo. John came out within 24 hours, which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. We’ve had cool summers since thanks to John.
The second was just recently for our heating system. He again was prompt to respond and courteous. He understands my concerns and patiently explains the issue. He was able to fix our heater within 2 short hours and did not recommend a more costly approach that I’m sure others would have baited me into. I again, appreciate his honesty and professionalism.
A few things that stand out about Picco Air Control is their focus on the customer, honesty, reliability & professionlism. I will always refer my family & friends to Picco.

Picco Air Control’s customer service is outstanding. Talking to John was so easy. We set up an appointment for the very next day and Alex came to diagnose and fix my A/​C unit. He was kind and helped me understand what the problem was. Two weeks later when my A/​C unit wasn’t cooling again John came out for the service call on a Friday night to accommodate my schedule. He fixed the issue, and to ensure my unit was working properly I received a courtesy text the next day asking how the A/​C unit was performing. I felt very appreciated as his customer. Thank you to Picco Air for all your help!

I’ve used Picco twice now and will go nowhere else. John came out during the winter and was able easily get my heater functioning without trying sell me more than I needed. More recently my air conditioner stopped working and John and Alex came out and had me back up and running within an hour.
Before I had found Picco, I had tried several other companies who were less than honest. Picco is one of those rare finds; they are both honest and skilled at what they do. Highly recommend for anyone looking for heating and air repair.

Are you kidding me? Who gets such friendly and honest service from an HVAC company? Picco Air was great! They answered my call and got me scheduled right away. After a cancellation, they were able to come even sooner. They checked out the issue that had been written on an inspection report (we are selling our home) and found that there was NO PROBLEM. How honest is that??? My heating/​cooling units are in the attic so they could’ve easily told me that there was a problem that needs fixing, but they didn’t! They spend the time to explain to me what they saw around the unit and then wrote a detailed report for me to pass along to the buyer of my home. I was so impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone!
